Finally a liquid eyeliner that doesn't smudge!

I love this eyeliner!! I have tried so many liquids, and pencils, and they allll smudged! This is like a permanent marker and stays on all day. It can fade a little bit but for the most part it stays on. I took a nap with it on (I know don't sleep with makeup on but it was just a nap!) and it still looked decent when I woke up! I also love how it's decently priced. I definitely recommend it. I love it! =)

Revlon ColorStay Liquid Liner

This is the first liquid liner I tried

I love how black and define it is, I also love how easy it is to put on. The only problem I have with it is that I get smudges on the tops of my eyelids. It's horribly annoying. It will look great when I leave the house and then where ever I go and look in the mirror it is smudged on the top. It drives me crazy. If it didn't do that then I would definitely give it a 10.
