Urban Decay Brow Box Eyebrow Powder, Wax & Tools

    Love the blendable dual colors.

Not that i often tweeze or touch up my eyebrows on the go, but the idea that this was so portable (i was thinking easy to pack for vacation) was why i wanted this in the first place. Comes with wax to keep the shape of your brows, two colors to fill 'em in, mini tweezers and a brow brush, all in a teeny 2 inch box. I have light to medium skin and dark brown hair, i purchased Beige Betty which looked most natural on me. (Don't go darker than your hair, it looks unnatural). I've had mine for about 6 months, i've barely put a dent in the wax and powder. I took off two stars cause the little brush has kinda frayed, not as thin as it was new, and the tweezers are somewhat difficult to use, they barely grab hairs.

Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil

    Super Smooth, NEVER tugs.

These are THE BEST eye pencils EVER. The colors are vibrant and amazing, and they glide on the eyelid with ease. While they're already formulated to last for hours, pair it with an eyeshadow primer and it won't budge even in your sleep.

  • Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion

    Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion

FINALLY comes in a squeeze tube!

I guess the folks at UD really listen to their customers, so many costumers complained that they couldn't get all the product out of the wand tube, they changed it! Mind you, Too Faced already had their eye primer in a squeeze tube (which is what i've been purchasing) but since i always use UD's Sin Eye shadow as a base for my eyes, i may just buy the Sin primer to save a step! Decisions Decisions!

    MAC Wipes

    Makes skin feel greasy.

These remove eye makeup like a dream, but i hated how my skin felt afterwards, greasy and shiny. Also was not a fan of the smell, the fragrance irritated my nose. I'd only use these on my eyes. Personally i prefer a cotton ball soaked in jojoba oil, works a treat and is super inexpensive.

    Benefit You Rebel Lite

    Not for sensitive skin.

This product contains Methoxycinnamate 7.5% and Oxybenzone 5.0%, which should not be used by sensitive skin types. This made my skin red and itchy and extremely oily by the end of the day. I really don't like how there are only two shades of this (original and light) The original version was too orangy, and this formula is too pale. There are more parabens in this than i've ever seen in any other product (Butylparaben, Ethylparaben, Isobutylparaben, Propylparaben) and i doubt there are truly any antioxident benefits since they are at the bottom of the ingredient list.

  • bareMinerals 2-piece Powder Foundation & Brush w/SPF 15

i LOVE mineral foundation, but i hate this brand. The original formula of Bare Escentuals was sickeningly shiny (they call it luminous) and accentuated every bump and blemish. The matte formula was a step up but still nothing to write home about. The brushes are HORRIBLE, I'd rather use a brush from the 99 cent store than use this brush, it irritates my skin, makes it itchy and applies the foundation like crap. My holy grail of mineral foundation is Larenim, sold at health food stores and yoga dens. I never thought a makeup i could buy at my local health food store could be so wonderful, try it, you won't regret it.

  • St. Tropez Bronzing Mist Spray

    St. Tropez Bronzing Mist Spray

    Worst way to self tan.

this is THE worst way to use a self tanner. Having to pump the spray applicator again and again, you might as well use the tanning lotion, it spreads better. The sponge mostly just soaked up the product and where it didn't it left streaks. I love the other St. Tropez tanners but this was an epic fail.

  • St. Tropez Aero Bronze Air Spray

St. Tropez Aero Bronze Air Spray

Grab a friend or your hubby!

Like the other St. Tropez tanners, this one leaves NO funky scent. Avoid the urge to put on two layers or you'll look like Snooki. It's not sticky but can be a bit difficult to apply yourself, i used my significant other and standing naked in the shower had him spray me down. It makes a huge mess so i really recommend applying in the shwoer no matter how you do it. Then with minimal drying time you have a gorgeous tan in about 4 hours. I got about 3 uses out of this can. I like the mousse version better.

    St. Tropez Body Moisturizer

    Not worth the $$$

i didn't notice any difference in using this lotion compared to any other lotion. It claims to help the self tanner go on smoother and last longer, but again, no difference from my other lotion. Not worth the $$$

    St. Tropez Body Polisher

    worth the pricetag?

the color is beautiful, the smell is nice, it does exfoliate, but so does any other scrub. I love the St. Tropez tanners but i feel this is isn't worth the price tag.
