the bottom design isn't meticulous enough.

I don't use the toner with cotton pad so it is not good for me since the design of the bottom spray out a lot. I quiet satisfied with the refreshing level and it smells lovely.

Neutrogena Healthy Skin Face Lotion for Sensitive Skin

It really really works on me! :)

I used it for almost a month already and i can feel the greatest refresh on my face! After I used it for a week, I had already feel the skin became smoother than before. My skin wasn't too bad but it does makes my skin prettier :-) I recommend it to everyone but remember to READ THE INTRODUCTIONS first.
