I have naturally blonde hair but get highlights a few times a year. I have very wavy/loosely curly hair that misbehaves in high humidity or when left alone so I look for the BEST yet affordable products to tame it. I do not have a lot of money so I live for sales at ULTA and reviews on TotalBeauty to make sure I don't waste my money on less that satisfactory products.
