I received a free "10-day sample" of Bare Escentuals and was so excited to try it! Unfortunately, it really doesn't work well for me as a foundation. I have oily skin that isn't sensitive at all, and acne/scarring so I need at least medium coverage. I'm only 23 so no wrinkles or anything. Bare Escentuals did not cut it for me. Despite their claims, the coverage isn't really buildable (I had like 5 coats of the stuff on my face and it didn't seem that much better than ONE coat of my Maybelline pressed powder foundation or my Physician's Formula Talc-Free Mineral Powder). Even if it is "buildable", not worth wasting your time doing it. It didn't help with oil at all, but I'm not surprised by that. The worst part was that Bare Escentuals made my face itch! No, not a rash or anything, but it felt uncomfortable on my face and there is no way I'm paying ANYthing for a product that feels like that on my face. (Physician's Formula is 1/3 of the price and doesn't make my face itch either, so I'll stick with that!) To sum up, Bare Escentuals is nice powder that is nice and fine, but doesn't really provide good coverage, nor does it control oil well and definitely not worth the money.

PROS: This product makes your hair nice and shiny! Pleasant, slightly fruity scent. Product lasts awhile b/c you don't need very much. CONS: Doesn't seem to change how dry your hair really is though. Blowouts do not last as long w/this product for me. Overall, an okay product that I might buy again! (Paul Mitchell Super Skinny serum is at least $5 cheaper than TIGI's dream drops [DD have crappy packaging and is more gooey]). Overall, I'm also leaning toward Fekkai Glossing Cream which is a little lighter for my hair compared to any serum, and does more overall for my hair in terms of a natural amount of gloss, healthy appearance and other features.

Not worth it.
UGH! I'm really glad I bought this on clearance (70% off), because the product is terrible. PROS: Nice packaging and and nice grippy rubbery handle. CONS: Expensive if not on clearance, especially given the quality. Streaky if applied thinly. Took me 4 thick coats to get it opaque and not-streaky. Took forever to dry, even after I applied Sally Hansen Insta-Dri! Cracked on the edges after 1 day (although that's a problem I've had w/Insta-Dri). Chipped within two days. :( Overall, a poor product. Don't waste your money.

A so-so product.
A so-so mascara. I don't care for the brush--I personally feel that brushes with more bristles/"fluffier" bristles do a better job evenly spreading out mascara and not clumping. It's not smudge proof and doesn't make my lashes look spectacular, just better than w/o mascara. There are better drugstore mascaras (I like covergirl's one with the spiky bristles!)

LOVE this product. My favorite foundation so far.
I bought this product at Rite Aid on clearance for only about $3. I was worried that the color wouldn't work and I'd have to return it (my mom and I agonized over the colors for awhile...I finally settled on 125 buff beige, and it's perfect!) PROS: Moisturizing. Provides decent coverage. Smells nice (sweet and a little citrusy?). Perfect color! I've never used moisturizing foundation before b/c of my terribly oily skin, but now that I'm on Accutane and need the moisture, this is a great product. The texture is really nice. I use a brush to apply it and it goes on nicely. Really has a nice finish. CONS: This product runs dark. A tiny bit heavier than I'm used to. Overall, a great product. Didn't think I'd like it nearly so much, or that I would luck out with the correct color, but am very sad to hear this is being DC'd. Probably not good for oily skin or combo skin.

Great formulation, not too crazy about the scent...
I love how creamy this body butter is, how it feels on your skin, and that it isn't greasy or watery. Very fresh scent, nice and clean, but STRONG for a body butter (you could put on the butter and skip the perfume and people would be able to smell you as if you had perfume on). The fragrance is nice but not my taste, personally. If you like clinique happy, a great product.

One of my favorites!
Love the smell and how I can use it on my hands and lips! It's a great product. Really, it's fancy vaseline, but still worth the money and easier to carry around in your purse, gym bag, etc. It does a great job of moisturizing, is a good value for the money and packaging (lasts a long time, especially if you just use it on your lips!). I definitely will continue to buy this product and encourage others to try it out--I used it on a kid's really dry hands and they said they liked the smell, and that it felt good!

A decent product
Pros: Colors have a good amount of pigment--like a semi-sheer lipstick. The exfoliating scrub does exfoliate your lips pretty well. It's handy to have all four lip products in one case. Cons: Exfoliating your lips with things you have around the house doesn't cost anything (an extra toothbrush, some sugar and vaseline, etc.). I'm not crazy about applying them with my finger, especially when out and about, because then you have lipcolor on your fingers! Also, the product is a little hard and difficult to get a good amount onto your finger/brush. Conclusion: It's a good product to have on hand at home, decent quality, so-so length of wear, and an okay value if on sale! Worth trying out, but may or may not buy again.

Love this product.
I love the smell, texture and how it moisturizes my lips. I use it on my cuticles and knuckles too, and it works great! I will always keep this product on hand! I don't usually care for gloss in pots because that means you have leftover balm on your fingers, but the salve can just be rubbed into your hands to moisturize there too. Moisturizes well, and for awhile. Good value, because the pot lasts a long time.

A good product for severely dry skin.
For me personally, the smell is a little overwhelming although my mom likes the scent. It does a very good job of moisturizing my hands, although it can leave fingers a little greasy right after applying. Very good for my dry knuckles and cuticles. I've even used it on my face when my skin was peeling terribly from the winter weather--I was pretty desperate because some other lotions made my skin burn and I really needed some moisture in my skin! It was actually a good quick-fix and didn't even cause me to break out. Not the best for carrying around, and I wish the scent were more mild, but a really good product to have on hand for dry skin emergencies!
