I've been using this (and others) on my fine curly hair and it keeps my hair in place without it going 'bong.' Like the 'nozzle' too.

I love Philosophy products and this is another one to put on my buy again list. I have very dry legs and this makes them smooth for moisturizer.

I've tried others but always come back to 'expert eyes.' It isn't oily, does a great job of removing even heavy mascara and is inexpensive.
