Average Shampoo, Poor Packaging
It's an average shampoo that lathers tons. I didn't feel there were any real benefits to using this particular shampoo when there are other brands which are also sulfate free. And let me just say that I really, really don't like the tube. The more you use, the more awkward the tube gets. It's not like a regular aluminum package. I won't buy this again.

okay but definitely not great
PTR products are kind of hit or miss for me and this one is more 'miss' than 'hit'. The smell is strong and a kind of industrial/medicinal scent, definitely not 'botanical'. It does an okay job of exfoliating. My skin wasn't raw or dry. For the price and brand, I expected more. It was just okay. I won't be buying it again because I can get a good exfoliant for half the price.

1st Bad Review?
I hate to be the one to knock this product but I guess there's always 'that one person' and I must be it. I applied this product morning and night and saw absolutely no difference whatsoever. I have much better results with Alpha Hydrox products which cost a fraction of the price of Kinerase. I have to admit I bought into the hype but fortunately bought this during a promotion which cut the price by half otherwise I'd not only be disappointed but a lot poorer as well!!

I've always had 'just okay' results with Clarins products but this cleanser is definitely better than 'just okay'. It really gets my skin squeaky clean without overdrying. Keep in mind, though, that you only need a TINY amount for your whole face; peasize is perfect.

I rarely wear make-up and when I do, I only use mineral make-up. However, there are times when I have an event that requires long-lasting coverage. This does the trick! Nice consistency, not cakey, smooth finish, and looks completely natural. It also blends beautifully and stays flawless for hours. This one is a keeper!

I've used Klorane off and on over the years and have always been happy. Some times I get sucked in by the marketing or am intrigued by the new kid on the block products but always go back to Klorane. I have scalp issues and this doesn't irritate my skin at all. It cleans my hair without overdoing it. I've tried other botanical brands and some just don't do their job. Don't expect a lot of hyperbole or miracles. This is a solid shampoo and a solid line of products.

Average at Best
I hate to be the buzz kill on this after the glowing reviews but... I thought it was less than average. I've always liked H2O products but for some reason this one just didn't do it for me. I wasn't fond of the consistency and my skin certainly didn't look rejuvenated, oxygenated, or really that moisturized come morning. Everyone's skin is different and this one just didn't work for mine.

I REALLY wanted to like this because I've always had great success with La Roche Posay products. Unfortunately, this one is just average. I've used the entire tube and haven't seen any difference whatsoever. I'd say it's an average moisturizer and not much more.

average at best
Cellex-C products have always been hit or miss with me. This was definitely a miss. My skin feels slightly 'tacky' after putting it on and I have yet to see any results after several months of use. I get better results with Alpha Hydrox products at a fraction of the price.

It's not as thick as a typical conditioner, more liquidy than I had imagined. It spreads evenly and easily through your hair. It didn't leave my hair greasy. My hair was shiny when I used it. I just can't justify $32 for this. I'm not sure about the anti-aging benefits, difficult to track. Thank goodness I got this as a deluxe sample and didn't have to pay for it. *I have short, color-treated hair and got over a week's worth of use from the sample.
