I honestly admit that I fell for the marketing on this product. I loved the color it gave Jessica Biel's lips in the pictures. I bought the same exact shade but I hate this product. First, the felt-like tip dries super fast. I have to keep pressing down rather hard to get any color to deposit on my lips. Second, the color is washed-out and fades rapidly. The color just isn't strong enough at all to look like a lip stain. It looks like I just applied some cherry chapstick on my lips or something. The color fades within 30 minutes and leaves marks on my mugs/drinking glasses/forks/napkins. Third, this is super drying! It dries the heck out of my lips. After about an hour my lips start to peel and I get those weird colored-flecks on my lips. Not attractive at all. Fourth, I know the lip balm it comes with is supposed to combat the dryness. I love the smell, texture and moisturizing properties of the lip balm but it is so small. I really feel like this product is way too expensive just have a small amount of lip balm.

I really dislike this lipstick. The color was really nice. Application is very difficult. It does not go on smoothly and tends to gunk up my lips. The only thing that smooths it out is applying gloss over it, which defeats the purpose of matte. The pigment is very low too so it requires a little more application than other lipsticks and, of course, this lipstick doesn't go on smoothly to begin with. I think I dislike this lipstick more than anything I've ever used.

I have porcelain skin so the girl at Ulta applied the "Halo" tone all over my face to make sure it matched. The formula is smooth and very creamy so it goes on very easily, especially with a foundation brush. A little goes a long way. When first applied, it kind adds a yellow undertone to my face which I don't like. That is honestly the only negative thing I have to say about it. Over the course of the day, it continues to moisturize well. It never feels cakey or dry. It covers very well for a tinted moisturizer. It evens out my completion but doesn't cover my freckles. It is light reflecting but does not appear shiny. The yellow tone starts to fade and melt into my skin after about 30 minutes. So far, I'm really loving this.

I just bought this gel liner three days ago. I am an eyeliner queen and am very particular about colors/textures/ease-of-application/stay-power,etc. This stuff is great! I bought it in brown because I already own about 10 other types of eyeliner in black. Anyway, here's what I love about it: 1. A little goes a long way so this product can easily last me a really long time. It also means atabout $7 it is super affordable. 2. The little brush it comes with is fantastic. The size and firmness of the bristles means you can get any kind of shape or shading with your eyeliner you like. 3. The color is amazing. This almost dries to a powder-like finish which means it won't end up smearing all over the place or leaving that dreaded line on your upper eyelid. The color is build-able too. You can smudge it or keep applying more if you want a darker and more dramatic line. 4. Waterproof. This comes off easily with make-up remover or soap and water. But it really does stay in place all day long and continues to look fresh while doing it. This is easily going into my heavy rotation of eyeliner products!

I am a self-certified tree hugger so when I saw this bargain-priced little guy, I had to buy it. I have dry skin. First, the texture of this stuff is weird. It wasn't like lotion (little more liquidy) but it wasn't liquid either. But it would just pour right out of the tube if I wasn't super careful. The smell is horrendous. Most organic products smell really good, this one smelled like alcohol. The color was a little yellow and didn't really blend into my skin that well. My biggest complaint, though, was the shiny finish it gave my face. I had to keep powder with me so my forehead and nose didn't look oily. Plus it has about a 4-hour stay power. All-in-all, not a great product.

I bought this on a whim the other day while shopping at Target. I purchased the new shade "Candy Pink". Pros: I love the texture. It's creamy and very moisturizing for lipstick. I find myself often using it rather than my lip balm. Cons: The color isn't very vibrant. I've been wanting something super bright (think the latest trend of fuchsia/neon pink). This is just way too light. It ends up looking like tinted lip balm rather than a bright lipstick. All in all, this not a bad product. While I'm not in love with the color deposit, I do like the moisturizing benefits.

Top Favorite Lip Product
I bought this in Istanbul, a soft rosy-pink color. I love it! The color is pretty true to the bottle (I think). It is easy to apply, goes on smoothly and dries its matte perfection within in 30 seconds or so. It is slightly streaky when first applied but does dry just fine. This product is definitely not as drying as other matte lip products can be. The color also is not a long-lasting color and needs frequent applications throughout the day. I don't mind, though. My favorite way to wear it is apply some Korres lip butter in Quince on my lips first. Then I gently apply the NYX lip cream over it. It still dries matte but the Korres lip butter gives it subtle fuchsia punch. And not to mention, the NYX lip cream also has the faint smell of vanilla.

I have been dying my hair for over 10 years now and it is finally starting to show. My hair was brittle and had really bad split ends. I bought this about 6 months ago at my local salon. My mom has used the PHYTO brand several times before on her hair and has liked what she has tried. I was really hesitant to try it because of the hefty $40 price tag. But beautiful hair would be totally worth it. I got home and followed the directions. Wash and towel dry hair. Comb about a quarter-size amount through hair. Leave in for 5 minutes and thoroughly rinse out. I have gotten the same exact result each time I use this product. My hair feels heavy and like it has been over-saturated with product. It is tangled and tangles easily. The worst part is the sticky/tacky texture it leaves behind, especially at the ends. It does not leave my hair feeling soft or silky. I am extremely disappointed in the results. It is taking such a long time to get through this jar. If it actually worked, it would be awesome because the jar lasts forever. But when I'm just trying to get through it and use it up it's kind of discouraging.

This is not the best lip stain I have ever used. It tends to be drying and the color doesn't last that long. The felt-tip applicator deposits color pretty well. Not enough color choices and these colors tend to dry much darker than I think they are supposed to.
