This eyeliner is the best eyeliner I have ever used. I used to use liquid eyeliner for the bottom of my eyes and it still washed off. It goes on gently.

I absolutely love this. It covers up blemishes very well. I used the mary kay one and it barley covered anything. I got this one day because I needed a new foundation because I ran out of it. Ever since then I loved it. The only bad thing about it is the medicinal smell
