  • Clinique Blushing Blush Powder Blush

I bought this in Sunset Glow. It is the perfect summer bronzy pink color. It gives my face a nice healthy glow. I do not like the brush. I like a bigger brush so I just use my own. Sweep it on the apples of your cheeks and even the places that the sun may hit just like a bronzer. Not too shimmery either. It will last a long time so it is worth the price.

  • Bare Escentuals RareMinerals Skin Revival Treatment

Ok, I got this product in medium as part of a kit I bought on QVC recently. RareMinerals is a similar consistancy to the foundation that you apply with a sponge after your evening routine. I have been using it nightly for almost a week and I swear I see a difference! I am not kidding here. I am a combination skin type (really oily T-zone), with a little adult acne. Since using the RareMinerals my skin is more radiant, less oily, more even toned, and my acne and little bumps have diminished significantly. I will continue using it! Bonus - Since is tinted it gives you a nice coverage so when you wake up your skin looks great (perfect if you have company). Only complaint - I don't like the sponge application.

    Estee Lauder Lash Primer Plus

Makes Flimsy Lashes Look Thicker - No Kidding!

Ok - I bought this on a whim at a local cosmetics outlet. I have the thinest, barely there stubby lashes and can never seem to find a mascara to do anything for me. I have tried them all - trust me! So, believe it or not this stuff worked for me. I curl my lashes, put a coat or two of this primer (whitish in color) and before it dries, which I think is the key, put any mascara you like over it. I use cheapo Rimmel Lash Magnifier in Black. My lashes are longer, thicker and better than ever. Without this primer the masacara does nothing, but with it - Wow! I cannot live without it.

  • Alterna Life Solutions Scalp Therapy Shampoo

I got this shampoo after a recent visit to my stylist. I have been suffering from a really dry, flaky scalp and could not find a solution. After a few uses my scalp problem has disappeared. The shampoo is super minty and invigorates the scalp so it is a pleasure to use. I should note that this is not an every day shampoo. Use it only once or twice per week as needed. It helps with the scalp, but drys my ends out a little. Just use a little more conditioner on your ends. The price is kind of high, but because you don't need it every day, it will last a while. I intend to try more Alterna Products in the future.

  • Nivea Age Defying Moisturizer

I bought this lotion at a local wal-mart about a month ago because they were out of my usual Nivia Skin Firming Lotion. I have to say that I do like this one too. I especially like to use it on my chest area. I have some sleep creases that drive me crazy and this seems to be helping to reduce their appearance a little. I will continue to use this on my chest, but for my arms, legs etc I will use the Nivia Firming Lotion. Age Defying is a good product for a good price and the bottle can be recycled. My only complaint would be that I don't like the smell. But since it helps with my creases I'll live with it.

  • Clarins Instant Light Perfecting Touch

I use this product as a concealer and a highlighter. I use 02 which is for moderately fair skin tones. After the initial twisting to get it going - only twist once for each use - you get quite a bit of product and don't want to waste it. I use it in the inner corners and under my eyes to conceal any shadows or discolorations. Great as an eyeshadow base too. Also can be used to add highlight anywhere i.e., above the brow or on cheek bones. I do recommend spritzing and wiping the applicator after each use with a little alcohol to prevent bacteria growth.

  • Clinique Rinse-Off Foaming Cleanser

This is the best make-up remover out there in my opinion. A pea-sized amount foams up nice and takes all make-up, including eye make-up off. Remember this is the first step in cleansing at night. After taking all make-up off, I use my mild Clinique liquid soap to get deep down in the pores. I love this cleanser and use it every night. Never drying and has zero scent. The price is fine with me, since a tiny bit goes a very long way.

  • Clinique All About Eyes Rich

    Clinique All About Eyes Rich

Nice Eye Cream - Thicker Than the Original

I have been using the Original All About Eyes for 10 years and then I received a sample of All About Eyes Rich and I love it. It is the perfect eye cream for me during the colder months because it provides more moisture. Just a small amount is needed. Apply with the ring finger tapping gently under the eye and up around the corners. I do think that it does help with puffiness, smoothing fine lines and the discoloration under my eyes has improved a lot over the years using the original. Using these treatment products do not perform miricles overnight. You need to stick with them to see results and I have and really like both All About Eyes Products. I will use the Original in the spring/summer and the Rich in fall/winter months. Plus no fragrance, non irritating.

  • Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Serum

    Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Serum

    Perfectly straight!

I just discovered this product a few weeks ago after getting a new doo for the holidays. I have fine, just below the chin hair in an updated angled bob style. I use this after towel drying my hair. One pump does it for me - starting at the ends and working upwards. I dry it using a round brush and it takes much less time to finish then before. Then I just put a medium heat flat iron to finish smoothing and I'm done. Really simple, shiney and easy hair with this product. Plus it smells pretty good and will last a long time.

  • Clinique Superdefense Triple Action Moisturizer SPF 25

This is a great 2 in 1 product for those of us who want SPF and a moisturizer for oily skin. A little goes a long way...a dot on the forehead, each cheek and chin. Best of all it doesn't smell, doesn't make my face look like a grease slick and doesn't make me look pasty like other SPFs do. My skin soaks it up quickly so I can do my make-up shortly after application. I have used Clinique products for about 14 years and this is another great product addition for me.
