I've had this hair for almost 50 years, and this is the best product I've ever used. It got even better after I went to the website and watched the demo video; there's a right way to treat your curls. Right now, I'm growing out my hair from a Britney moment I had 1 year ago (don't ask), so it's still pretty short. My curls are just long enough to form little corkscrews all over my head, and this pudding realy keeps them defined. I can go a couple of days w/o shampooing, too -- hardly any frizz.

I've been using Green Cream at night and MaMa Lotion in the morning, and the change in my skin in just one month is nothing short of miraculous. When I go for my monthly facial, my esthetician is going to know I've been cheating on her! Green Cream uses a tiered system, 3-6-9. Since my skin is thick and oily, I began with Level 6, which I'll stay at for 6 months, then move up to Level 9. However, this stuff really works, and if you have normal or sensitive skin, start with level 3. My only complaint is that the bottle is opaque,so I can't judge how much I have.

I can't begin to rave enough about MaMa Lotion -- you should definitely see the website for before and after photos. I have melasma and acne scarring, and MaMa Lotion is helping to lighten those spots. What I didn't expect is that the creases I have on my forehead have softened; I've also had creases on my next since I was a teen, and those are going away, too!

This removes makeup and surface dirt extremely well, but oilier skins may not feel as clean afterward, especially in warm weather. DHC makes a great Foaming Cleanser that I follow up with. I advise getting their catalog, as their product range is enormous! Plus, it comes monthly w/ free samples inside.
