It's My Ideal Lipstick
Once again I'm late to the party- I picked this up (in the Blackberry shade) on a whim at a closeout store, only to find that it is no longer available elsewhere. I went back and picked up (at least) one of each of the other shades they had. I *really* like this lipstick! It's lightweight & feels comfortable on my lips. It's neither moisturizing nor drying, it lasts a decent amount of time (2-3 hours, depending how heavily I apply it), and it has no scent or taste that I can detect. The shimmery shades are quite sheer, but layer nicely for more depth. The creamy shades are a bit more opaque. All have a slightly glossy finish. There's not a huge shade range and shade names/packaging are not very eye-catching, but the colors are classic and they're pretty true to their names. The shimmer shades I have are Blackberry, Plum, Red, and Ruby. The cream shades I have are Mocha, Berry, and Wine. My only complaint is that the Red & Ruby have too much silver glitter for my taste. Overall though, this is a good quality lipstick at a reasonable price. The shade selection is nice (if basic) and offers something for most everyone. Definitely worth a try if you come across it!

Plumps nicely & not too pricey
I have this in the original clear version, and a tinted one (Raspberry, a nice pink-mauve with a hint of gold shimmer). I like the clear one better, since it seems to plump more and last longer. Both products give my thinner lips a noticeable boost (though I don't expect any topical lip plumper to work miracles). They dont burn or sting- they just make my lips feel a little warm. The plumping effect and the gloss itself only last a few hours (at the most) but applying any type of moisturizing lip product after its worn away seems to "reactivate" the plumping effect. I can use it as often as I'd like without any irritation or any drying effects. I've tried lots of lip plumpers from cheap (Sally Hansen) to expensive (LipFusion colored glosses) and this is the one I like the best, *and* it's reasonably priced (even more so if you can catch it on sale!)

The packaging for this is absolutely adorable, and a very convenient size. I went crazy buying these a couple of years ago, and I recently started wearing them again, since I like gloss for summer. The texture is moisturizing and non-sticky, and it lasts 1-2 hours on my lips, which is decent. The scent/taste is heavenly- like vanilla cake batter. There's a nice shade selection- a lot of pinks, but also nudes, berries, a sheer red, and a clear (at least among the shades I own or have seen). My favorite is Velveteen- a deep berry that can be worn sheer or layered for a really dramatic look. They're a little expensive at regular price ($7), but sometimes you can get them at B&BW semi-annual sale for 50-75% off.

So pretty & natural
First off, I'm fairly certain this has been discontinued, and replaced by the (inferior, in my opinion) Smart Shade Blush. Most recently, I picked these up at Big Lots. I have the shades Natural (light peachy-tan) and Berry (deep pink). The touch-pad packaging is convenient and mess-proof, and it seems to last forever. Even though it doesn't seem very sanitary, I've had these for months and I've never had any adverse reactions (though my skin is normal and rarely reacts negatively to face products). Because it's a liquid, it blends easily, sinks into my skin and looks natural. I use a light touch, because its easy to pick up too much product if you press too hard. I use the Natural as a light bronzer (gives a nice, subtle glow to my fair skin) and Berry when I want a more flushed look. The Natural shade is quite sheer, and the Berry is more pigmented. Both shades have faint shimmer that just looks dewy on my skin. It fades evenly and gradually throughout the day (I rarely feel the need to reapply). I really enjoy it for summer. It's worth a try, if you can find it!

Pretty good, for a 2-in-1
I usually don't go for 2-in-1's. Since I have curly hair and use a lot of styling products to keep it under control, I need a good cleansing shampoo to remove build-up and a moisturizing conditioner to help prevent frizz. I got this for only $1 on sale and w/ a coupon, so I couldn't pass it up. It does a better job of cleansing and conditioning than *most* 2-in-1's I've tried. It does seem to sufficiently clean and detangle my hair. I get better results when I "lather, rinse, & repeat", so I'm really not saving any time. It would be convenient for travel so you don't have to lug around 2 separate bottles. I could see this working well for those that have normal hair and don't use a lot of styling products. I'll use this in a pinch, but I prefer separate shampoo & conditioner. I do love the smell of this- a tropical coconut-ty scent that leaves my hair smelling freshly-washed all day!

Not for me...
So I didn't like this. I thought it would be sheer and translucent, like a stain, but it is basically a tinted lotion. I have it in Berry. I think the color-bursting beads and "customized color" claims are gimmicky. I've tried in on my un-tanned and tanned skin, and it always turns out the same dusty-mauve shade. It has too much silvery shimmer for my liking. The color fades quickly, but the shimmer does not, so I wind up with pale-but-sparkly cheeks. It does blend easily, and you get a lot of product for the price. Unfortunately, it just wasn't for me (I like Almay's Touch-Pad blush *much* better).

Sheer, glossy & feels soooo good
I love the formula of this lipstick, though I think it looks/feels more like a tinted lip balm, than a traditional lipstick. It feels very moist and leaves my lips glossy, with a sheer hint of color. I don't know how much it actually plumps over the long-term, but it feels so moisturizing, my lips look & feel fuller as long as it's on my lips (without any annoying burning/tingling sensation). On the downside, it doesn't really last all that long, and a tube goes quickly (I don't mind so much since I got most of mine at the Dollar Tree or at CVS on sale, but I don't know how I'd feel about paying full price). I have almost all the shades. Because they're sheer, they're all very wearable. My favorite is Sheer Soothing Spice- it's one of the only "nude" shades that doesn't wash out my fair skin.

I always keep coming back to it
I love mascara, and I think I've tried just about everything the drugstore has to offer (and a few higher-end ones, too) and I always keep coming back to this one! I love the fat, curved brush, and how it really seems to grab all my lashes and gives them a little extra lift. This lengthens and thickens my lashes in one coat, and lasts all day with minimal smudging. My *only* complaint is that this seems to dry out & thicken sooner than I'd like (resulting in clumps/flakes). But overall, this is the best I've used. It's getting hard to find in my area (I'd be heartbroken if it's ever discontinued!)

Sexy without trying too hard
This has been my signature scent for the last 4 years or so. It doesn't smell like your typical department-store perfume-counter fragrance (I *like* that it's unique, but I can see how it won't appeal to everyone). I think it smells like warm berries and sugary vanilla, with a hint of muskiness. Whenever I wear it my husband can't leave me alone. I think it's sexy, without trying too hard. Because it's so subtle, I think it's appropriate for any season and any occasion. It's definitely not cheap, though, and the staying power isn't the greatest (layering it with the matching lotion helps it last a little longer), but I'll keep buying it as long as they make it, because of the way it makes me feel when I wear it (confident & sexy).

I love this as a cheekstain and a lipstain. I have it in all the shades- Raspberry (the *perfect* berry), Brownberry (reddish-brown) and Coralberry (bright peachy-red). I apply a tiny dab to each cheek overtop moisturizer and/or dewy foundation, and I blend with my fingertip. It will stain my fingertip, but it fades within an hour or two. It gives my cheeks a natural-looking flush that lasts all day. I find all the colors flatter my pale, neutral toned skin, and I think they would suit a variety of skin tones. It comes in a tiny metal tube. While it tends to ooze product and is easily dented, I appreciate that it is environmentally friendly and there is not excess plastic packaging. The product itself is extremely concentrated. Applied directly to my lips it looks blotchy and uneven, but if I mix a drop with a drop of lip balm (like CO Bigelow My Favorite Lip Balm), and blend well with a lip brush, it makes a beautiful, sheer, even, long-wearing lip stain. I will even mix the shades to further customize the color. Overall, this is a terrific value for such a versatile product. It has excellent staying power and the shades are beautiful. Just be prepared, it takes some time and experimentation to find the application technique that best works for you.
