It did make my hair very soft but I had to use much more than the directions gave. I would go through it very quickly at that rate.

I have only been using this for a week. So far-so good! My hair does look thicker after use and very soft and fluffy. I'm going to continue to see if it has any long term effect. Thank you for letting me try this.
