  • Bobbi Brown Luminous Moisturizing Foundation

I am on my second bottle of this, I am a product junkie, if it says it illuminates and rejuvinates and all the other words these clever marketing people use to suck you in, I'll buy it! I prefer applying this with my fingers as oposed to the brush which I was sold with it. I love this foundation, you can build the coverage you need and a little of the product goes a long way. Suitable for my dry/sensitive skin. This is the foundation in my make up bag - at the moment

  • Dermalogica Intensive Moisture Balance

I swapped to using this moisturiser as my skin was dry and dehydrated. This cream feels soooooo good when you put it on, it doesn't feel heavy but it definatley does moisturise without leaving your face looking like an oil slick! I have dry sensitive skin, since I have been using the dermalogica range, my skin has become hydrated, clear (as I had under skin bumps) and smooth, so much so, that I leave foundation off sometimes. What is so great about this product is that it doesn't contain any ingredients which will block your pores.

  • Dermalogica Intensive Moisture Masque

I used this after having a diamond microdermabrasion facial (which I would also thoroughly recommend) my skin was a little red as it is an abrasive treatment. The therapist gave me 3 samples of this to use, and WOW! It help with the redness and dryness, my skin felt soft, supple and hydrated after the first use, it did everything it says it will - I love Dermalogica products, although the packaging isn;t overly exciting (although it is recyclable) I have vowed never to stray from thir range again - nothing else works for me long term like dermalogica products.

    Nars Bronzing Powder

    In Laguna all the way

Love love love this bronzing powder. I use the Nars highlighter on by cheeck bones and this slightly under my cheek bones - and love the look it gives. It doesn't seem to block my pores which I have noticed some blushers and bronzers do. I have been using this for nearly 2 years now and even have my mum using it! Great to give a sun kissed look

  • Yves Saint Laurent Beauty Volume Effet Faux Cils

Okay, so it is a little bit more expecnsive that what you would usually pay for a mascara, but it has to be one of the best out there. Never clumps, doesn't smudge easily and makes my lashes look long and curled. I went through my friends make up bag - she is a model and always has the lateset in product - a make up artist used this product on her and now she won;t use anything else - and neither would I :-) Thank you Yves Saint Laurent Just one tiny thing, it says it last 6 months from date of opening, I think 4 months at a push it more realistic - but it's still the best mascara I have ever used.

  • Clarins One-Step Gentle Exfoliating Cleanser

I don't think there is anything gentle about this exfoliating cleaner! Alot of Calrins products seem to have fruit acids in them?! I used this and the vital light day cream and I was left with under skin little bumps and a few spots. Having spent out all that money on a cleanser & moisturiser to be left with a reaction, I returned the products to the less than helpful sales assistant. ANy good skin care or cosmetics company will refund or replace a product which has caused a skin reaction, as long as you haven't used loads of the product when you return it. Eventually, the sales assistant gave me store vouchers (as I had lost my receipt) I have sensitive and dry skin and have yet to find a clarins product which doesn't cause me to have skin problems after using it! I have now given up with Clarins products

    Origins Pure Cream Rinseable Cleanser

    Not for sensitive skin

This cleanser may be a good cleanser, but if you have sensitive skin, you are better off with origins clean energy cleansing oil. The pure cream cleanser made my skin tingle and left me pretty dry, too much for my sensitive skin.

  • Clarins Instant Smooth Perfecting Touch

I purchased instant smooth after reading rave reviews on beauty review sites, I think this is an awful product - what did it do?? NOTHING. I told the lady behind the counter that I wanted to cover the open pores near my nose, she said this will cover them and then went on to try and sell me another clarins product which she said will close these open pores which I have! She did not know I am a qualified beatuy therapist - there are products which can temporarily shrink the appearance of open pores and prevent the pores from stretching further, but she was trying to lead me to believe it would close the pores and they would be gone forever!! If only!! Anyway, I used this product and found my make up slid of because of it plasticy feel, I have now bought the Laura Mercier Primer which is worth it's weight in gold!

  • Dermalogica Ultracalming Cleanser
    10.0

    Dermalogica Ultracalming Cleanser

    Say goodbye to sensitive skin

I use this cleanser throughout the winter as my skin becomes sensitized during winter months. It is an effective clenser but very very gentle, it also removes eye make up. My skin in generally dry, in the summer I use essential cleansing solution. As always with the Dermalogica producuts, there is nothing which will block the pores or irritate the skin. 10 out of 10

  • Dermalogica Precleanse

    Dermalogica Precleanse

    Clean but not dry

Oil on your skin? This used to be a beauty no no, but Dermalogica have doine it again - a wonderful product. In the winter I suffer with dry and sensitive skin - this product cleans without stripping, my face felt soft afterwards. I use this on its own in the morning and prior to my other cleanser in the evning, it is so gentle but does remove all make up.
