Too Faced Shadow Insurance Anti-Crease Eye Shadow Primer

I love it

Its very cheap comparing to the Urban Decay Primer Potion, this is very creamy but it dries up to a matte finish. It keeps my eyeshadow on, all day long. This is a great investment.
