Lack of Directions-sheer Brilliance-NOT!
I thought the shampoo and conditioner were usefulm however I found I needed to switch to a clarifying product every other day to prevent the intense scalp itch caused by buildup. The total lack of instructions for the treatment product was bad news and I initially shelved it till I got around to searching out the usage directions on the Internet. Again, the buildup issue was immediate and very itchy. Perhaps once a week would work out, as it did make my hair behave better as to flyaways.

Save Your Money
This stuff should be renamed OPI Nix Sticks, as in don't waste your money! It's like trying to apply polish with an old toothbrush. Brush is poorly shaped, hairs come loose and ruin your polish job, extremely tough to control, lumpy/clumpy distribution and poor chip resistance. The deck is stacked against you with this product. I even had a friend who trains manicurists and nail thehs for a living try applying it to my nails---she gave up it was that bad.

They Won't Call Me Flaky Anymore!
At least, my skin, that is. Yes I have been told that I have an eclectic personality that has been occasionally been called flaky. Since I started using Olay Ultra Moisture Body Wash with Shea Butter, that term certainly doesn't apply to my skin. I used to leave a trail of dead, dry skin cells whenever I changed my clothes because my skin was much too sensitive to exfoliate. Now that's no longer a problem. Additionally, I no longer feel constant itching and like my skin is stretched too tight over my body. the increased suppleness had saved me much discomfort and anguish. Thank You, Olay, Thank You.
