  • Bobbi Brown Extra Repair Moisturizing Balm

I'm so disappointed. I paid a fortune for this product and like a dummy threw away the box so I can't even return it. I read so many reviews on the bobbi brown website and on other sites and based on those reviews, I really expected my face to look better! Nothing in my face has changed except it might be a bit more hydrated. I knew this was a balm when I ordered it online. I knew that it was thicker and that you need to rub it between your fingers in order to warm it up. But what I didn't know is that it's a pain in the behind to use a balm as a moisturizer. I will never do it again. The stuff is so thick you have to press it into your skin otherwise you're pulling and tugging at your face. Worse than that, it is so greasy! I've been laying in bed for about an hour on my computer and my face is still so shiny and oily. I can only use this as a night time balm because it does not get absorbed into my skin. I'm convinced that the majority of it gets rubbed off on my pillow case while I sleep. I've been using this product pretty consistently for about a month and these two wrinkles on my forehead have not changed at all. If you're going to pay almost $100 for a product, it has to be justified. In my case and in my disappointment, this product was not the investment in my skin that I had hoped it would be. Also a bit weird but it makes my face tingle and itch. If I didn't spend so much money on this product I would definitely throw it out.

  • Coach Poppy Perfume Spray

This fragrance is nice. It's very floral and initially very strong and heavy (and a bit sweet). But if you give it a few minutes for those top notes to go away, you get a very refreshing scent. It's not 100% my style, but my boyfriend loves it so I honestly wear it for him. It does last for a good amount of time too. I get a lot of compliments on this fragrance (mostly from my guy friends... guys just love it for some reason!). Try it out and give it a few minutes on the skin before you make your final decision.

    Jimmy Choo Eau de Parfum

    A Forever Fan

This is my go-to every day fragrance. It seems as though I'm always in the mood for this scent, which makes me very happy to have found my signature scent!! It's so unique, and it smells so much better on the skin than it does on those papers they spray it on. The base notes are toffee and indian patchouli (if I remember correctly) and they are such a divine combination! The whole fragrance is a great combination of notes. The only thing is it doesn't last on my skin all day. But I don't think that's the fragrance, I have this problem with all but like 2 fragrances. But I seriously get compliments on this fragrance every where I go. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

  • Salvatore Ferragamo Signorina

Wow, wow, wow! I love this fragrance!! It's very feminine, slightly sweet, but also quite sophisticated! I got it for myself this Christmas from Macy's, and I am so in love. I gave it only 8 stars for two specific reasons: minus one star for the way the bottle looks (I'm partly a visual buyer, sue me!) and minus one star because it doesn't last AS LONG as I'd like. That being said, don't misunderstand... it does last, it just gets a little faint as the day progresses. But I totally love it and when the bottle is done, if I'm not sick of the smell, I definitely plan on repurchasing.

  • Maybelline New York Baby Lips

I bought this in the purple color, and the color is amazing on the lips. It initially glosses my lips and makes them really pretty, but after about 20 minutes, it dries and my lips are more chapped than ever. I have to constantly reapply (about every 20-25 minutes) and my lips always feel worse when I use this stuff. They look great though... the color truly is cute. But this stuff is a no go. Don't waste your dollar.

  • Blistex Medicated Lip Ointment

    Blistex Medicated Lip Ointment

    My go-to winter ointment

Every year when winter comes around, I feel the change in the season not by the temperature or whether it's sunny or not. No, I feel it in my lips. It could be 93 degrees outside (as it was today in "beautiful" Southern California this first week of October) but if my lips hurt, winter is approaching. They become these dry, flaky, painful things on my face. I must own at least 15 lip balms, chapsticks, etc. and nothing, I repeat NOTHING does the trick like this stuff does. It's my holy grail of ointments. Yes, it comes on white, yes, it smells medicated, but do yourself a favor and spend the $3 and deal with the white lips because that's so much better than the physical pain of having dry lips.

  • H2O+ Face Oasis™ Shine Neutralizing Gel

I actually feel like I'm being too generous giving it 6 stars, but it's not an awful product so I'll keep it where it's at. There was nothing special about this product. It didn't neutralize my shine at all. With or without makeup, after about an hour my forehead was gross and greasy. This product didn't do anything for my skin in terms of hydrating either. It didn't dry out my skin, but it also didn't do anything any drugstore moisturizer wouldn't do either. My pores are the same, my skin is still oily... I'm just grateful I only spent $7.99 on this product at Marshalls. Le sigh, I have yet to find a product that will actually neutralize my shine. I'm almost done with this moisturizer so the search for a new one has officially begun.

  • Secret Clinical Strength Sensitive Skin

This summer was the worst summer for my pits. I think it might be because I stopped waxing due to $$ problems and started shaving. Not totally sure, but either way any time I would sweat my armpits would itch and itch and itch! It was the most painful and uncomfortable thing I've ever experienced in that area. So I stopped shaving. Well the itch was still there except now the hairs were poking me. Great. A girlfriend of mine recommended this deodorant so I bought it one day and let me say, it helped tremendously. The itch is virtually gone. I tried switching back to my old deodorant and it came back. So I'm hoping this is just a summer thing because I cannot afford to pay $10 for basically one and a half ounces of product. Because of how expensive it is I have to use it sparingly. I wanted to give it 10 stars but the price is just way too steep if you ask me.

  • Clinique Clarifying Lotion 4

I've been using this product for a few weeks now and my face is breaking out like crazy. I'm not sure if it's because I'm trying to skin care stuff or what... The odor absolutely burns my eyes to the point where I'm tearing up. It also has alcohol in it and I'm not sure how comfortable I am using a product that contains alcohol. My pores also look the same. Isn't it supposed to clear out and close your pores? The only reason I gave it a few stars is because if my face is very oily and I want a quick fix I just dab this all over and I'm dry as a bone. Good for on-the-go I guess, but I will not be purchasing again.

  • Rimmel London Sandal Eyes Waterproof Gel Eyeliner

This product is all around pretty bad. The brush it comes with is awful, it needs to be a bit more firm and maybe not so long. The formula is also bad. It kind of felt like I was putting on liquid eyeliner. I've used Revlon, L'Oriel, and Almay liquid eyeliners and this product seemed similar to the Revlon one. It doesn't even go on dark so you have to put on a couple layers. I don't like it and I won't buy it again. Definitely not a recommended product...
