    Trish McEvoy Brush Bath

Effective and has a pleasant fragrance

This brush cleaner is very effective, and it's important to keep your makeup brushes clean! It also has a lovely fragrance.

  • Trish McEvoy Power of Makeup Simply Chic Page

I'm not always a fan of pre-filled makeup palettes because I rarely use all the shades. This one if an exception. These are colors that look good on practically everyone. They're timeless and classic, and you can get a variety of looks from them...especially since a bronzer is included. This is not inexpensive, but it's really good value for the money.

  • Trish McEvoy Matte Bronzer

    Trish McEvoy Matte Bronzer

    A really natural looking bronzer

This lovely, silky powder gives natural looking, buildable color without any fake-looking shimmer. And in the winter time, I use a little of it for contouring and to add warmth to my complexion. Great stuff!

  • Trish McEvoy Medium Laydown Brush #40

Trish McEvoy Medium Laydown Brush #40

The "younger sister" of the #21 large laydown brush

I adore Trish's large laydown brush (#21, which I've reviewed separately). This is the same brush in a slightly smaller size. If you're not planning to apply a light base color all over your lid and up to your brows (as I do), then this smaller brush probably would be a better choice.

  • Trish McEvoy Makeup Planner

    Trish McEvoy Makeup Planner

    Trish's original planner

From the photo, this looks like Trish's original planner (before she came out with the redesigned quilted ones). While I loved the idea of these, they didn't allow enough room for makeup and tools (other than brushes) that couldn't be attached to the magnetic planner pages. I stopped using mine a long time ago. Definitely go for one of her redesigned, quilted planners. They're fantastic! (I've reviewed them separately.)

Trish McEvoy Large Laydown Brush #21

    A must-have eye shadow brush!

I've used Trish McEvoy brushes for many years and love them all. But if I were forced to choose just three brushes, this one definitely would be one of them. (The other two would be the #50 angled eyeliner brush and the "windshield wiper" blender brush.) It lays down a perfect sweep of base color all over the lid area and up to just under the brows.

  • Trish McEvoy Glaze Lip Color

    Trish McEvoy Glaze Lip Color

    Moisturizing, shimmery color

I wear Trish McEvoy's Shimmering Plum Glaze lip color (with a touch of lip gloss over the center of my bottom lip). It's a flattering color that's a little deeper than my natural lip color, but in the same color family. I hate frosted lipsticks (especially on anyone over the age of 25!), but this lipstick just has a slight, subtle shimmer that's flattering even on older lips. It's moisturizing, too, and feels lovely on.

  • Trish McEvoy Glaze Eye Shadow

    Trish McEvoy Glaze Eye Shadow

    Fabulous eye shadows!

Trish McEvoy's eye shadows are my favorites. The glaze shadows have a very subtle shimmer to them (it's not sparkly, just the merest hint of shimmer) and go on sheer, although you can build the color easily. And, like all of Trish's eye shadows, they're blendable and the colors are gorgeous.

  • Trish McEvoy Classic Eye Pencil
    10.0

    Trish McEvoy Classic Eye Pencil

    Creamy, precise, beautiful colors

A few years ago (as my eyelids began to get a bit "crepe-y") I switched from eye pencils to powdered eye liners exclusively, but prior to that I used Trish McEvoy's eye pencils most of the time. As always, her color choices are classic and flattering. The great thing about her pencils is that they glide on smoothly, yet they're hard enough to sharpen to a fine point. And they have tremendous staying power (especially if you top them with Trish's powdered Eye Definer)!

  • Trish McEvoy Brush M2B Sheer Blush Brush
    10.0

Trish McEvoy Brush M2B Sheer Blush Brush

    A great short-handled blush brush

It's not easy to find a small-sized blush brush that gives a good application. But Trish McEvoy's "M" (for "mini") sized brushes all have full-sized brush heads. Only the handle is mini-sized! So even this "mini" blush brush gives a lovely application of blush that's great for on-the-go touch-ups.
