I read your review today of best and worst beauty supplements and I was suprised this product wasn't in it. I saw difference in my skin in 3 weeks....I am 36..I grew up in Arizona and did some damage to my skin (didn't we all). I started showing signs of wrinkles around the age of 27..I have been on this brand's collagen for 8 months and I think my skin looks better than it did in my late 20's. My nails are rock hard as well. Highly recommend.
