I don't understand the "9" rating on this one. The sheets do absorb the oil, but they also dissolve the makeup. Not recommended.

I have used this for years. When my sister recently came to visit, she borrowed it--and immediately became a fan. It is a fabulous hairspray. It holds ALL DAY and is absolutely not sticky or hard. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Rimmel London 1000 Kisses Stay On Lip Liner

Fabulous Liner

Available at Target, Walgreens, Meijer, etc. These lip liners were a real find for me. I had been using the costly Aveda brand, which were breaking. I picked up a Rimmel lip liner one day at Walgreens--at a fraction of the price--and discovered that they were far superior to Aveda. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
