Natural but no coverage

Let me start off by saying that this brush is amazing! I enjoy how I can carry it in my bag easily. The powder, however, leaves something to be desired. I just cannot get enough coverage to actually make any difference whatsoever on my face. Perhaps it's the brush application, but since it came with a brush, I assume that's the method of application.
