I use this cream on my hands and cuticles at home almost everyday. Since I paint my nails one to two times a week and use acetone to remove my polish, my hands and cuticles get very dry. This lotion really helps offset the damage I do. The cream is concentrated so a little product goes a long way. I love that this does not feel greasy or at all heavy on my hands and fingers. I usually go straight into what I'm doing without having to worry about slippery hands which is awesome. The sweet almond scent started out quite nice, but as I have continued to use it, I have become really tired of it. The scent is too sweet for me and at times I find it really overpowering. I really enjoy the moisturization that this cream provides to my hands and cuticles, but I will probably seek out something else when I'm finished with this because the smell has becoming sickening to me. However, if you like, or don't mind really sweet scents, you will probably really like the smell of this. The cream itself does a great job at its intended purpose.

Amazing, long lasting color
I had my eye on these liquid lipsticks from Hourglass for a while before I finally bought one. My main hang up was deciding on the perfect color. I ended up buying the color "ballet" which is just what I wanted. It is a vibrant, beautiful fuchsia, pink color that looks amazing and goes with several different looks. This applies like a lip gloss, but it sets to a matte finish and lasts all day. I was expecting this to be more the the YSL glossy stains, but whereas those maintain somewhat of a glossy finish, these act just like a long lasting matte lipstick. The packaging is super sleek (as is the case with all Hourglass products) and compact. The color you get when applied, is spot on to the color you see in the chic little tube. The color lasts all day long, even standing up to constant coffee and water drinking throughout the day. One swift application gets you the opaque color you want so it is a great option for when you are in a rush. I want to try out so many of the other amazing looking colors! Hourglass is a high end brand, so this comes with a high end price tag of $28 per tube. However, the colors in the range are amazing, the application is easy and the effects are so beautiful. My only complaint is that this does feel quite dry on the lips. It doesn't feel weightless like the YSL glossy stains, but it is no worse than other matte lipsticks.

This product was used on me at a Blow Dry Bar and I really liked it, but couldn't tell if it was a standout, since my hair was professionally done anyway. I then got a sample of this in Sephora and liked it so much I bought a small bottle. First off, this smells divine. It is fresh and yummy and the scent really lasts on your hair. I can even smell it when I wash it out of my hair in the shower. This works really well with the other styling products I use when blow drying my hair (Bumble and Bumble Prep and Bumble and Bumble Thickening Spray). It doesn't weigh my hair down at all which is a must since I have very fine hair. Because I have such fine, oil prone hair, my style only really lasts one day. With the help of dry shampoo, I can skip one day in between washes. Now with the Prime Style Extender, I can go one extra day before I have to wash my hair. This is huge! The product claims to combat oil and humidity which I think it effectively does. I live on the coast and the marine layer in the morning can mess up my hair style, but this product has really helped. And the fact that I can go an extra day between washes, shows that it effectively fights oil. This is a wonderful product all around and makes me excited to try more products from Living Proof.

Effective and Convenient
I love dry shampoos but haven't really liked any of the powders I've tried because they are messy and not as effective as the sprays. This is the best powder dry shampoo I have ever tried! You put a bit in your hands and rub your hands together which makes the product (seemingly) disappear. You can still feel it in your hands though, even though you can't see it. You then rub the product into your roots and work it into your hair. I noticed a difference in the volume and texture of my hair right away! This wasn't messy at all, it didn't leave any white residue in my brown hair and it worked so well at absorbing oil and adding body to my thin, flat hair. I got a few free bottles of this from BzzAgent and gave the others to two of my friends who also love it. I was surprised by how small the bottle was when I first got it, but a little goes a long way so I think the bottle will still last quite a while. Also, since it is so small, it is perfect for throwing into your purse for on-the-go touch ups. Because this doesn't contain any liquid, it would also be great for throwing in your carry on when traveling. This is odorless so you don't have to worry about it clashing with other hair products or your perfume. At $5.99 for the bottle, this is super affordable. This is the same price as the Psssssst dry shampoo and less money than Bastiste, yet in my opinion, it works much better than both. I will definitely be purchasing this when my current bottle runs out.

Doesn't wear well
I have a few Revlon polishes because they have a great variety of eye catching colors and they are reasonably priced. Unfortunately, these polishes don't wear well and begin to flake off within a day or two. I wear these on top of a base coat and under a top coat and this still happens to me. Revlon colors that contain glitter, do have longer wear, but I think this is true of any polish brand since glitter just sticks like crazy. I have a couple friends who have lamented over the same problem I have with these polishes so at least I know it isn't just me. Although Revlon offers their polishes for a slightly lower price than Essie or OPI, I definitely think it's worth it to fork over the $2 extra for a polish that will last much, much longer.

Wide color range and so creamy
I recently purchased my first two Revlon Super Lustrous Lipsticks and I have really been loving both. I bought the colors Berry Haute and Black Cherry and they are such pretty colors. Berry Haute is a great everyday work color because it adds significant color to my lips but isn't too dark or dramatic. Black Cherry is very vampy and dramatic, but so sophisticated. These glide on easily because they are super creamy. I like that they are creamy, but not glossy, so I don't have to worry about them getting all over my face throughout the day and/or bleeding out into the fine lines around my lips. Over the course of the day, these do fade, but I really appreciate that they fade fairly evenly. Since the colors I have are darker, they just get less dark as the day goes on if I don't reapply. The color selection in this range is crazy good. There are over 80 colors to choose from! The packaging is sleek and simple and each lipstick will only set you back $7 (less than half of what a MAC lipstick runs). These don't have the best staying power, but they are certainly a viable, affordable option. Plus with all the colors they offer, you are sure to find at least a few that would suite you.

Nice colors, nice formula
This is my favorite drug store brand of polish to date. The colors are varied and fresh and I really like the application of each color I have bought. The brush make the polish easy to apply and none of the colors have been at all streaky. These are made even more affordable since there are often coupons available for L'Oreal products that can be applied to their polishes. I am surprised to see that according to other reviewers, these chip quite easily because I haven't had that issue with the L'Oreal polishes at all. The Revlon nail enamel has much better ratings on this site, yet those chip like crazy on me and anyone else I have talked to who has used them. Using a strengthening base coat and high quality top coat (like I always do for my at-home manicures) these colors have lasted an average of five days without any chipping. When new collections of colors are released from this line, there is usually one that appeals to me. Much better quality than Revlon in my opinion.

I got a sample size tube of this as a gift with purchase. Thank goodness I didn't spend my money on this. The gloss itself looks pretty. It is clear with an iridescent quality to it. The smell was a bit strange to me. It reminded me of a smell that would be used in self tanners to mask that DHA smell. It applied nicely enough but after a few seconds it felt super uncomfortable. It wasn't the normal lip plumping heat or tingle. It felt like something was wrong! I only lasted a couple minutes before I had to wipe the gloss off. Even after I got it off, my lips still itched and felt horrible. When I touched my lips, they felt really rough. I don't know if it is because the gloss ate away at the skin on my lips or if it was something that the gloss left behind. What a terrible experience! I can't speak to the effectiveness of the lip plumping claim since I couldn't stand to leave it on, let alone use it twice a day consistently (who has the diligence for that anyway?!). But if a product is too painful to endure for even a few minutes, it is a major dud and waste of one's money.

I have to wear aluminum-free deodorant because I am allergic to metal and was actually getting a nasty rash under my arms from using traditional deodorant. Sadly, so many natural, aluminum-free deodorants just don't work. This one is probably the worst I have tried. The giant salt crystal is very difficult to use. The hard block drags against the sensitive under arm area and it is difficult to tell if it has dispensed anything under your arms. I would have to go over it several times to make sure, which hurt. Just a couple hours in and I could smell my own body odor! I realize that aluminum-free deodorants cannot combat sweating, but they should work at neutralizing odor. This did nothing to stop me from smelling. I had heard that you had to give it time, so I continued to use it, but alas, I continued to smell so bad. I just can't understand how people can give such a useless product glowing reviews. I don't have overly stinky pits but using this just made me want to take multiple showers each day. Do not waste your money on this.

Rich Conditioner with a Lovely Scent
Since I have very fine, soft hair, I am not as concerned with having the best conditioner as I am with getting a really great shampoo. Still, I really liked using the mini size of this Jasmine Conditioner. I am mainly looking for something that will nourish the ends of my hair and help detangle and smooth my mane. This did both extremely well. Jasmine is one of my favorite scents so I was delighted by the smell of this conditioner. It is fragrant and lovely, but so light smelling that it wasn't overpowering at all. I used this on a trip to Vegas with my boyfriend and he commented that my hair smelled really nice during that trip (despite nasty Vegas smoke!). And he is very picky about smells and such. This conditioner is more thick and rich that what I would normally go for since I don't have much hair, but since I concentrated the product toward the ends of my hair (I applied it from about my ears down), it didn't weigh my hair down at all. There are better conditioners out there for my specific hair, so I don't plan to purchase the full size of this conditioner, but it is very pleasant to use and would be great for someone with thicker or more coarse hair.
