I'm loving Colorado but not the dry weather. OMG it's dry here. Products that help keep hair soft & shiny, skin looking healthy & daily exercise is something I strive for every day. I'm 55 & plan on another 55. I give up something every year (salt, sugar, etc) & take on new interests instead to keep my mind & spirit young & happy. My daughter says my skin inspires her to take good care of hers so it'll look good by my age.
