    It's definitely waterproof...it's also make-up remover proof. You have to literally scrub to get it off.

    Every girl needs this. It is the perfect eyeshadow. It goes on so quick and makes you look instantly put together without looking over done. This, mascara, a little bronzer, and lip gloss=the perfect day look for a 20-something woman.
