I have tried many MANY acne products over the years--- from Rx to drugstore brand stuff. I increasingly value simple products without fragrances or preservatives or fillers or whatnot. I can't recall if this product is paraben-free, but it is fragrance free and gets straight to work. What I like is that it is not too harsh but is very effective (I don't know how, but it is!) It also multitasks with both BP and exfoliating agents. Of all the OTC acne creams I have tried, I would rate this the highest. The one drawback is that it is a little pricey.

I agree with everyone here. This is the greatest cleanser I have ever used and won't touch anything else. I use with my Clarisonic.

I reluctantly tried these supplements after trying everything else under the sun, except Accutane (next step). I noticed a real difference after about 3 weeks, and definitely now at 6 weeks. This, in combination with Retin-A and an otherwise super gentle routine (no touching your face!!), seems to have virtually eliminated my cystic acne. I also take an Omega 3-6-9 supplement and another called "Skin Eternal." Murad is pricey (why 9 and not 10 stars), but I really think it works for cystic acne. Search the internet for deals..

I like it and noticed the fine lines around my eyes disappeared (granted, never had many to begin with). I am only 26 though and probably don't need much more... I like it also bc it is fragrance free.

Acne + Sensitivity....
I will never understand why most acne-fighting products assume that if you have acne-prone skin, you don't have sensitive skin. Actually, I think we have one of the most sensitive skin types!! This is a wonderful product: lightweight, fragrance and preservative free, perfectly quenching. I love it and highly recommend this product along with the purifying Toleriane cleanser.
