not my favorite

at first, i was super impressed. my hair seemed smooth and shiny. but after about 3 weeks of using, my hair seemed thinner,drier and my scalp would occasionally itch,even though my scalp wasn't dry or oily. i later found out it had bad chemicals that could make your head itchy. although my hair was wonderful for awhile,i won't be using this again

not worth it

it is gentle for everyday use,but it didn't really do much. my hair seemed less frizzy, but it felt drier. not worth the price

apparently,this worked super good for some people,so i tried it. at the time,i thought it worked pretty good,but now that i've found a new leave in mask that works much better. maybe it works for some people, but not for me

Redken Smooth Down Conditioner

Love it!!

Ever since i started using this,my hair has been super shiny and healthy .I no longer have tons of problem with frizz. the only reason i gave it a 9 is because my hair has been much more flat since i started using it. i'm soon getting a volume shampoo,so it should be no problem. my advice is to not use both the shampoo and conditioner at the same time,and to not use a lot on your head.

won't use this again

i got this in a beauty box,and i am very disappointed. my hair felt really soft while i was in the shower,but it was completely different when i got out. my hair was tangled even though it's never tangled,my hair lacked shine and i couldn't style it. it kept getting tangled and frizzy. i had to use tons of leave in conditioner,blow-dry it straight (which took FOREVER since it kept getting tangled) and flat iron it,just to get my hair good enough to put in a ponytail. my mom also used this, only she used it for over a month. i don't know how she did it,but at the end,her hair looked much worse than it use to. it wasn't the worse shampoo i've ever used,but its definitely one that i would never use again

Redken All Soft Shampoo

it was okay

i noticed a bit more softness after using this,but it made my hair feel kinda heavy and made my hair flatter. i have thick hair,so if you have thin/fine hair stay away from this if you care about volume. i stopped using it since i'm a volume maniac
