Avon Wash Off Mascara Review

I have used Avon water proof mascara for several years and found it to be all it is advertised to be. It fills in sparse eyelashes, stays on through physical activity and in hot weather. I like the fact that even if you leave it on overnight it does not smear around the eyes as other mascara does. The biggest benefit is that it doesn't cost as much as the bigger name brands that may not even work as well.
