I've always been more than happy with Revlon's makeup, like their foundation and lipstick, but I was extremely disappointed with this dye. In fact, I've never been more disappointed with a product in my life. This is a pathetic excuse for hair dye and I'm sorry to say it, but this was not worth the mere three dollars I paid for it. I bought the Ultra Light Blonde 03, while already having dark blonde hair. As indicated on the box, I expected a light and sunny golden blonde. What I got what a dusky grayish blonde (and I use the word "blonde" lightly, as it was barely blonde at all) mop. I wanted my hair a breezy and beautiful blonde for an important event tomorrow, and now I'll have to damage my hair again just to fix this mess.

I felt like these polishes were really much too thin. If you like a sheer look, this might work for you, but it definitely won't pack a punch. The polish is also quite runny and doesn't seem to stay in place or go on evenly. That being said, you obviously can't expect very vibrant colors from this polish.

Normally, I hold Revlon in high regards when it comes to cosmetics. I use their foundation religiously, for example, and decided to give this lip stain a try. I can't believe I wasted my money on this! The stain would not go on evenly and feathered out across my lips/skin. The color you buy is definitely not the color you will get. Also, the product really isn't a "stain", because "staining" would imply that the color lasts, and it does not. I could practically see this product disappearing in the mirror while I applied it. The balm is only included because it's completely necessary, as the stain is incredibly drying. Of course, though, when I went to use the balm, it stripped the stain right off my lips (I'm almost grateful for that) and snapped right off after only a few uses. I won't even finish this product; it's going in it's rightful place: the trash.

Maybe this just wasn't for me, but I was completely unprepared for this product. Applying it felt like pouring Listerine mouthwash into an open wound, really. Sometimes I really couldn't stand it and started rubbing my skin with ice cubes in an attempt to numb the pain. In further explanation, I didn't pour this on my face or bathe in it or anything of the sort- I dabbed some onto a cotton ball or other cloth and used that on my face. If you've got any tiny cuts on your face or fingers, this product will be sure to find them for you! Many have said that it is drying and they're partially right, considering that this toner does rid your face of practically all oil and dirt. You NEED to moisturize after using this product to prevent that dryness, I promise it makes a difference. As for the actual toner, once I got past the pain, it wasn't so bad. What you see is what you get, a really deep clean that can be too strong for some; I felt that it did help clear up my broken-out skin. I get small under-the-skin spots on one side of my face and this toner cleared all of those right up! I won't repurchase this because Clean and Clear tests on animals, though, and I can't even imagine how painful that must be! However, I will be finishing out the other two bottles of this toner that I have. UPDATE: I've noticed that the skin on my fingers is peeling where this toner has touched it :/ I'm surprised that a skin product is allowed to have such harsh effects! It has also begun to give me the worst breakout of my life, which is really saying something.

Overall, I enjoy using this product. I've been using it for roughly four months now, daily, and have yet to use half of the small jar it comes in, which is a plus. (: It's very expensive for such a small jar (I paid $34) and I don't think the quality matches the quantity or the price, so I will most likely not be repurchasing. However, I like the way this goes on my skin- it's a very natural look that gives light coverage but can be built up. The lightest shade available is perfect for my fair skin with pink undertones, and I've never before been able to find such a perfect match. This does not seem to mattify, if that's what you're looking for, but it certainly doesn't cause me any trouble otherwise. I may rethink purchasing it in the future, but for now, my final word: I am very impressed with this powder, but I will most likely still search for a new one.

I actually quite love these things c: I had read bad reviews about them before and doubted my purchase, but I know tea tree oil can be good for the skin and I've been using it as a spot treatment. Well! I've noticed that my skin isn't as oily since starting use of these, and they don't dry out my face in the slightest- they might for very dry skin, though. For those of you who suffer from acne, these facial pads are your new best friend! I promise. They heal up my skin so fast. Even after cleansing and toning, these pads pick up bits of dirt from the day on my skin; they allow my nightly AHA moisturizer to be better absorbed, too, I can tell. The smell can be annoying if you find that you'd prefer unscented products- these pads are not infused with artificial fragrance, however, their smell is entirely from the tea tree oil and therefore I don't mind it. The pads themselves are like mini-exfoliators, as well, but they can be "scratchy" if you're rough with them. I don't see those as major cons, though, and will repurchase c:

Honestly, no, this product isn't half bad! It gets off my makeup and removes sweat and oil from my skin without stripping it, seeing as I use it after workouts especially. I'll also use it before applying acne treatments or moisturizer, just to be sure my face is clean. It doesn't lather at all, and I'd prefer a lather, but it truly is a gentle cleanser that leaves my face feeling cleaner than before.

I am now removing my review of this product upon the grounds that Ambi conducts tests on animals. For those concerned with lightening and evening skin tone like I am, I highly recommend using alpha hydroxy acids. They even skin tone considerably and you cannot find a better anti-aging ingredient (with the exception of sunscreen!) I would also recommend Alpha Hydrox, seeing as they have quality products that are rather cheap for the AHA's they provide (from the $8-20 range depending on the product you purchase). I had previously given this Ambi product nine stars, seeing as it initially worked decently for me, but it had stopped working altogether for me and the packaging turned out to be rather poor. And since I have found something that works far better, I'm lowering my rating.

The absolute best!
This is, by far, the best mascara I have ever owned. It gives me the perfect long, big, fluttery lashes that I want and looks fantastic with just one coat- but even better with two. I've been using it for over a year now and don't expect to change anytime soon! It comes off easily with my makeup remover and I barely lose any lashes when taking it off. I love it. I also just found out that Prestige does not engage in animal testing, which personally makes me feel better! An honest, quality-producing brand for sure. The mascara is also relatively cheap, as well, for anyone who is concerned (:

I love it. Absolutely love it.
This product is worth its price. It makes me happy, keeps my skin squeaky clean and clear, and I don't have to worry about big angry blemishes anymore! I'd pay (almost) any price for that. There's a lot of cleanser in the bottle and you only need a very small amount to clean your face, so it actually lasts quite a bit. The smell is pleasant- not overpowering in the slightest- and very minty fresh/citrus-y. That's to be expected, though, since it contains many citrus fruit extracts (: Now for the best part, though: the skin-clearing action. I'm extremely prone to blemishes because I'm young, stressed out, touch my face often, and I have combination/oily skin. I also tend to pick at my face a lot, leaving behind dark and long-lasting hyper-pigmentation :/ Within two days of using this, all of my breakout spots were incredibly smaller, if not gone, and much less noticeable. And much to my delight, the upsetting dark patches on my face are starting to get dramatically lighter, which I'm attributing to a combination of this cleanser and my toner. It's almost magical, really! I haven't been wearing any foundation and I have worn foundation every single day of my life for the last two years, up until now of course. I don't need to! (: A few small spots are emerging, but I expected that because my skin needs to purge itself now, and they are hardly visible at all (nobody would know but me). Well, as you can see, I'm inexplicably happy with this product (:
