An on the move, yet flattering way to apply eyeshadow
I took off one star point because I would like to see more of a range of colors, and it seems to be focused on brown. The one I have is Playful for Brown Eyes that I got as a BzzAgent. I don't have to say I like it ,if I don't, but I like it for the following reasons: It has a new way of applying the 3 colors, which when swept across the lids, mingle in a soft, yet flattering way. Fast, and without thought, yet you can get fancy and of course use it differently. To get more of a color depth range, I will use a drop or so of water on a brush or this foamy applicator. Then, if I want to get fancy I use the Double Extend Eye Illuminator mascara, which I reviewed previously. If you experiment with these two, you will get a wide range of looks. I use this illuminator with different ways, to act as a highlight on my lids, and if I want a top lid eyeliner. The two together, added depth to my eyes, which when using brown shades, I usually have to add layers of shadow and liner. I don't think you have to follow their recommendations for eye color, as you can work with the product to get the look you want to acheive. For matte shadow users, you may not care for it, and that is the other reason I gave it a one less star. The price is often inexpensive, if you take into account sales, and coupons offered. I saw older teens admiring this, but it is for any age.

You can get more effects than what you may think
I don't typically like mascara, unless it has color to it, and it has to lengthen without being sticky, or smudge on to my face. The only drawback for someone may be it is not waterproof, but it is not going to be bothersome for contact wearers or sensitive eyes. I use it with the one sweep eyeshadow for my brown eyes to accentuate them and make them look larger. Then, I actually like to use the shimmering color over the top tips only. I also, like to highlight the lid itself by using it over the eyeshadow, just patting it on, or using it just like a liner with a soft brush. I think the puffed out end on the illuminating end is not to my suiting, but you don't have to put that part to your eyelashes. There are choices, and I don't think you have to necessarily follow what the color scheme tells you goes with your eye color. I don't like thick, clumpy lashes, rather soft, natural, but longer. I take a thick brush and comb it through without losing lashes, if you do it with a soft brush and gently. I recommended that a friend check it out for herself. She does not need to lengthen her lashes, but I know she likes to get different looks, and plays with color like I do. Since it goes on sale all the time now, and is seen in the women's magazines, compared to just the regular same old, same old, it would be a change. It is probably one of the most useful types of mascara to work with. I also got it ,for my first sample as a BzzAgent, the campaign has completed-but I would be obligated anyway to give my opinion as I saw it. So, here it is and unless something changes, I give it a good score, because of the price you can get it for.

Eye liner that lived up to what I wanted
I have been searching for an eyeliner that would stay on and this brand is waterproof. I wanted one that was not a black or a brown, but yet would show up and flatter my eyes. I bought two, one in the purple shade and one in the blue. I love the purple most of all because shades to match my skin tone must work well under my glasses. The brush tip is fine enough that I don't have to wipe away the excess each time. I have used it on my lashes also, because the consistency is just right to highlight, without the caked up feeling of mascara. I only want to apply makeup once and that is it, so I have been very satisfied. One I got at regular price, and the other I rushed to buy when there was a sale. In any case, other brands would cost more and probably would not have the same staying power. For the price and my satisfaction in the product, I rate it at the next to highest star. I am going to move into their eyeshadows when they restock at my local store.
