If Price Was Not An Issue, This Makes Me Feel Positive
I took my time testing this product, because I had to debate about certain issues. First, I checked for availability and that is selective in terms of where to buy it. Then, on top of that, the regular price is higher than some people will pay. If you do not like a strong smelling shampoo with fragrance, this might be one to try. I tend to go floral or fruity, so for me it is just good in that respect. It has a softening quality for my hair and added shine, without leaving it flat or a dirty feeling later that day. I have straight, long hair which can get oily at the roots, especially with this type of shampoo. I do use conditioner most of the time to help with shine, comb out, and moisturizing the ends, or bottom half of my hair. I did ask a friend, who does have a different type of hair and colors it, to try it. She has problems with too much body, when the weather gets humid, and likes her hair to be soft and manageable. She felt it was okay for her, but did not say it was at the highest marks, that I stated. So, here is the end point of my dilemma: This is very good for my hair type. I like certain types of scents which is my preference, but I think guys would go for this too. It is beyond my price range, but I checked sale prices and maybe that will be within a range other people would pay for. This is especially something to consider if you have color treated hair are having issues and wanting softness. It is found in beauty shops and hair salons. I used it quite a bit, and with blow drying, natural drying, different weather conditions, and various conditioners. The total outcome was positive. The container says that it is a daily shampoo and it is seemingly gentle, but gave enough body vs. other such shampoo similar types. It is presently made in Germany, and contains, Sweet Almond Oil and Hydrolyzed silk.

It depends on your likes and dislikes
I received this sample from totalbeauty and I can compare it to my other Covergirl foundation review, which was for the type with Olay in it. This one tended to be more drying, which is better for those with oily skin, and combination skin. I have combination skin and on the areas that are dry and flaky (winter time), this will not work as well as the other one. Mine came in buff beige and is lighter than most of the ones I have. In this case, exactly what I needed for the winter, in terms of color. At first, I thought it was too light, but you can see it covers well and if you use moisturizer, perhaps more evenly. It has an expiration date and an SPF 20, for those who are looking for such an ingredient. It is considered a 3 in 1, because it is listed as a primer, concealer, foundation, and being shine free. It is a pump and I do like that, except this one gets slightly messy on the cap. I have reddened skin in the area which is flaky and dry, which tends to be very sensitive. It worked best, when I mixed a little of the Covergirl & Olay tone rehab 2 in 1 foundation. I would tend to like this type for my eye area, as it sets some types of makeup better. If you have dark circles, or made a mistake with resistant dark makeup, it may also be very helpful. I actually would rate this an 8, because it may not be for dry, or mature skin. For others, who like easily found makeup brands, it may be a nine for ability to mix and suit your skin type.

It works well taking all into account
I received this, as a two part testing sample from Total Beauty, with the other being their Petroleum Jelly. I had already reviewed that before, and have used both previously over a long term time period. The lotion, either is slightly different from when I bought it, or the description is. I have a tendency to like fragrance in moisturizers for the body and this is fragrance free. It is listed as non-greasy, where I find it absorbs as a lighter type, and tried it on my face. I don't know if I would go as far to say 24 hours of hydration, since I tend to find that type heavy and therefore clammy in hot weather. This can be used by the entire family, since guys may find it to their liking. It does not seem to irritate sensitive skin, which is dry during the winter. It is now labeled with the word "stratys", "multi-layer moisture". It is hypoallergenic. My positive reaction to this brand is also influenced by the prices, the sales, the opportunities to find it. Basically, I recommend that if you can't make up your mind between the available lotions from this brand, then get several samples. I had tried another type and it was very good with a better scent for me, and perhaps buttery for my feet.

It has always been there for us
I did purchase another brand, and it was never used up. Vaseline is important for eczema sufferers, especially children who cannot tolerate other things put on their skin. This is important also for adults since some of the medicines or lotions may not be good on the eye, or near the mouth. Before this skin problem, I used it ,because during the winter, I seemed to always have a problem with my lips splitting. My father uses it on his very dry legs which itch. I use it for my crafts, and when I need a barrier to protect my hands. In terms of makeup, I used it on my eyes, to take it off. The price is not expensive, considering the amount of uses, and store brands are not that much cheaper. I received this from Total Beauty in the smaller size later on, and now am updating this in December 2012. It is a better size for taking with you and flips open for use.

It's not going to sit around collecting dust
I saw the ads for this all over and was already interested, previous to receiving it as a BuzzAgent. I had the soft honey and a compact powder to match in medium which I will review also. The mix of Olay and Covergirl seems to work for me. I have combination skin which is sensitive, irritated, and dry on a portion of my face. I have used a few different types and brands including concealer and it proved problematic. I also, do not wear foundation on my entire face. I use it primarily to keep eye makeup on, or to cover the reddened, uneven skin which is dry and flaking at times. This is a pump container and you can see the swirled mix of the foundation and serum. I applied it with my fingers and liked the texture once on my skin: Not caked on and it smoothed in well to match my skin tone. It went over the lines between my brows and I did try it on other areas including my arm and hand. I did not use my usual green concealer underneath. The lines seemed to lessen in appearance, which is what serums are for and from a distance the color also hid them. I liked the control over the amount used, therefore no mess left and a feeling of lightness once applied. I used this for the Summer months to now early Fall, so my skin tone will be darker and less affected by the problems set on in Winter. I do suggest that in the wrinkled, lined areas that you use less powder, or none at all. I felt it had a better result being on my dry, sometimes bad skin without it. I did not react badly as to some others that I have tried on those sensitive area. I do not use it on my oily skin zone. They have a lot of choices for color, but nobody says you can't mix them to get your shade. As winter will approach and eczema will come back, I feel better about having something to combat the visual effects of it. Further reddened skin, more drying and itching, because of coverups was what I experienced. At least I now have something to work with. I gave it one star less, because of the missing trial period, and because I do not use it all over my face. But, it is worth a try especially since it is so available and prices can be reduced drastically with a good sale.

Easy solutions set up for you
This was the second part of a BzzCampaign that I received from Covergirl and is called Covergirl & Olay pressed powder in the shade of medium. The matching foundation that I had was the REHAB 2-in-1 Foundation in soft honey. I needed a pressed powder and I normally do not use it all over my face. I wanted it for my combination skin for areas like my nose and perhaps forehead, and to also set my eye makeup area. My skin is a bit darker, because I received it in the summer and used it till this early Fall. I tried it over the foundation to see how it looked over my lines set in between my brows. I felt it was not as beneficial as with the foundation alone for me. I like it when used alone to take the shine off or keep away the effects of heat on certain areas. I did not take photos, but this is what I would definitely pull out while putting on that makeup for such an event. I use it to set my eyeliner, as I do not like to reapply it. It is for when, I don't want to use eyeshadow, or I need to adjust the colors. Combination skin needs separate treatments and this also blends in well with a slight sparkle. This is a quality I would want personally in a powder, as it lifts your look to what they might refer to as a soft brighter complexion. In the BzzAgent booklet, they gave information which might be useful. It has: gold pearls, yellow iron oxide, silk mica in the formulation. There are several color choices and some are not included here. Close to quotation for matched usage is stated: Fair- Ivory or Classic Ivory Fair/Light-Creamy Natural, or Buff Beige Light-Nude Beige or Natural Beige Light-Medium - Medium Beige, Warm Beige, Creamy Beige Medium- Soft Honey, Golden Tan Medium/Dark- Classic Tan If given a choice, I would go at least one shade lighter, because I am a different skin tone or color in the winter. I would put this between an 8 and 9 star, as it works with the product, which I will use more often and that is the foundation.

A light weight hair product
This was the last of the three part sample from this site, and it was for fine to normal hair. These are said to have diamond dust in the formula which is what makes it I guess in a higher range. It is at the moment a twist off cap type and you scoop it out. It looks thick like a conditioner or deep condtioner. But, it does not stay like that. I used it both with the shampoo and conditioner provided and with other types. It did not leave the hair limp, or look greasy looking at all. I tried it mostly at my ends but on the last day of experimenting, I let my hair dry naturally and put it higher up towards the roots. Of the three, it would be the one I would most recommend and the reason why is heat drying hair protection, but since there were no instructions I can't tell if it is helpful against other elements like the sun or spending time in water. At the moment I also question availability and cost. To buy all three would be expensive and beyond my range. I recommend this not as a deep conditioning product but a protectant, and for people who want to style their hair. I use those jaw clips to give my hair body as I dry it one way or another. The scent is pleasant and not overpowering.

Out of the three, this was my least favorite
This was one of a three piece sample from this site that I had the opportunity to test. Basically, I would say the overall scent is not strong and pleasant enough. It came in a squeeze tube ,which is my least favorite type of hair product application to wash my hair with. I received the one for Fine to Normal colored hair and it does state that it is a light weight type. It has diamond dust listed as the special ingredient. Before I cut my long, damaged hair, it was not highlighted or dyed. The best conditioner was a deep conditioner, which I would leave in for a long time then wash out. I had wanted to highlight my hair once it was cut, but never got to it. So, I am going to address the aspects of what I expect from a regular conditioning product. I want lots of shine, softness, without a greasy feeling, and without weighing my straight hair down. It did help with the shine, and I only used it on the bottom parts of my hair 1/3 to 1/2 of the way. It allowed for my hair to have body, and did not have any slick feel to it afterwards. I am not so sure of the soft factor because I used it once by naturally drying my hair. If you use it towards the top of your head, I could say it is something that may be considered as a useful product. But, getting back to the availability and if it will be in more than just salons, or exclusive stores, brings down my rating. In addition, to get all three, will prove to be a high cost. If I would have to choose between the three from this line that I got, I would probably skip this one.

Shampoo gave life to hair and scalp
I received the three piece sample through the special opportunity given by this site. Since I cut my hair, it is no longer damaged and I decided to not highlight it, which was my original intention in applying for it. So, I am going to discuss other issues where this shampoo had a positive effect for me. My hair is fine, straight , but there is quite a bit of it in the back. I received the one for fine to normal type hair. One problem is that I lack body ,or lift at the roots. I used only a little of this in comparison to other shampoo brands and I was able to get a longer lasting clean, and bounce at the roots. It also was better for my scalp than some others. It does not have a big lather factor. I did not add the conditioner to the roots, but to extend the days between washing, I used a good dry shampoo. It kept up in better condition than most others. The shampoo allowed a shine, and left my hair soft. I do have issues concerning, how one is to get to this brand. I found it on-line, but if it is sold primarily at salons, or exclusive stores, I don't see it being as highly a chased product that it could be. It will be more expensive than I am used to paying, because I usually purchase better name brands (salon type) on sale. Therefore, I would not be purchasing it on my own. So, my rating may have been higher if some of these issues are resolved. If this is not the one for you, it might be worth it to check into other types, that may be available from this brand.

Why don't more people know about this
I have this reviewed somewhere else and of the other Aussie shampoo or conditioner products, it is read so much less. The difference between using this ever so often and regular conditioners is big. I leave it in longer, while I am doing something else, sometimes hours, and it leaves my long, straight hair, shiny and healthier looking. I had seen the differences leave in conditioners have with permed hair. Long ago, I saw a friend transform her short, not so great styled or looking hair, into fabulous. The fact that I can often find it at an inexpensive price on sale, and the coupons, make me purchase it often. It is available in drug stores and other convenient shopping areas. You will see this one in fashion/womens magazines, websites. I have only one complaint, the smell is stronger and if you don't like fragrances of a certain type, you might try something else. It is thick, so when I use it, I spray my hair first with water, then take it through my hair. If you want additional protection from blow drying, you can try one that sprays on after that. But, I only have started doing that, when I use regular conditioners. This does have less in the container, but it does more. I did not realize you don't have to take off the cover, you remove the sticker, but I transferred my older used one into a hand soap pump container and I like using it in that manner too.
