Here are all my reviews:
  • Head & Shoulders Refresh 2-in-1

This product proves exactly why I do not like 2-in-1 products. It smells nasty, I was expecting a nice spearmint scent. Did not help with my flaky dandruff, and I figured it would because at times, it felt like my scalp was burning, as if it was "doing its job". No such luck. I prefer any of their Head & Shoulders shampoos to this product.

  • MAC Powder Blush
    8.0

    MAC Powder Blush

    Great high-end blush!

I have sensitive skin, so I have to be very careful with what products I use. I've tried many drugstore blushes so I decided to splurge and buy 2 blushes I've heard rave reviews about. These 2 are Blunt, a great bronze color and Fleur Power, a light pink. They are both highly pigmented that all you need to do is dab your brush in once & you have enough color. It's lasted through heat waves and "Santa Ana winds". Of course if you rub your cheeks, it won't last. I wouldn't say it lasts all day, but I usually just need 1 touch-up in the afternoon to get me through school & work. Because I don't need so much product on my cheeks, I can tell these blushes will last me well into next year so it's definitely worth the money!

  • MAC Lustreglass
    7.0

    MAC Lustreglass

    Springbean Lustreglass

The only shade I have this in is Springbean. Yes, that shiny green one many people are afraid of using. For $14.50 I was a little skeptical to buy a small gloss when I could easily buy 4 or 5 glosses elsewhere, but I wanted to try this color out. I like that the applicator is in a brush style and not the usual doe-foot. I feel it really gives my lips that glassy shine look. When I went to buy this, the girl told me to pair this particular color with any bright colored lipstick, like a bright red, magenta, or even plum. After trying it out, I realized how much it makes my lips pop. I wouldn't buy this again though because the price seems a little steep for the amount of product you get. I just wish women weren't so afraid to use it! Just try it :).

  • M.A.C. Lipstick

As far as lipsticks go, MAC is pretty much #1. They come out with beautiful & unique shades and finishes. I remember buying my first one, Fabby. It's a muted pink, but more neutral for me. A frost, so it had that little shine, but not too overpowering. It's my go-to lipstick if I'm not in the mood to play up my lips or go too crazy. Since then, I've gotten 2 more (I'm slowly growing my collection), Please Me, a rosey pink in a matte finish, and Speed Dial, a light pink with blue undertones in a cremesheen. For a lipstick that lasts me over a year for $14.50, I am a happy girl. I am never disappointed when I leave the MAC counter with a new lipstick. You have plenty of highly pigmented shades to choose & test from!

  • NYX Cosmetics NYX Slim Pencil Lip

These are probably the only liners I've used that don't tug on my lips or break off every time I try to sharpen them to a point. They glide on smooth with a high pigment of color. They have a wide range of colors so it's difficult to choose. I love that the bottom of the pencils have the color of the pencil so you don't have to be opening every liner to see which shade you want to use. Just grab & go!

  • NYX Cosmetics NYX Lip Gloss with Mega Shine

I have recently fallen in love with these lip glosses. I just bought 4 last week in Miami Babe, Perfect, Pink Frost, and Sponge Cake. They're all pretty much light pink or have a natural lip tinge to them. I've heard a lot of people don't like the smell. To me it's like a spicy/cinnamon bubblegum scent. It's not the best, but it's not bad either. What I love most is they don't come out thick, gloppy or sticky, as most glosses do. It comes out pretty thin, on an angled doe-style applicator. Of the colors I've gotten, they add like a medium coverage. Sheer, but you can still clearly see the color. Doesn't dry out or feather out (unless you put tons of it on your lips). I even prefer these to my favorite MAC Lipglass & Lustreglass shades.
