    Lush Big Shampoo

    Favorite Lush Product

Big is the product that made fall in love with Lush. Just the experience of using the shampoo is worth the price. The salt particles feel great on the scalp and the smell is phenomenal! I use it to remove build-up which it is really effective at. I don't use it everyday, but not so much because it is so harsh, mostly because it is so expensive. My hair is thick and it works great! Leaves my hair very shiny! My husband also enjoys using it. I think its because it feels great but is not too sweet or feminine smelling.

    Exactly What It Should Be

I give this fragrance a 7 not because I would choose to wear it now, but because it a scent that is completely appropriate for a little girl playing dress up. I remember at about 8 my mother gave me this as a gift and I associate the scent with feeling SO special. It was my very own pefume and I felt oh-so-sophisticated spritzing it on. It's a very innoffensive scent-not sickly sweet- but powdery and gentle...now I almost want to buy a bottle for nostalgia!

    Calvin Klein ck one summer

    Changes Every Summer

I work for Calvin Klein and CK Summer is a new scent each year. I like last summer's edition quite a bit more than the one that has recently been released for summer 2012. 2011 was fresh and summery, but had a bit more complexity, 2012 isn't a bad scent but to me it just kind of smells like a very light, non-distinct body spritz.

Physicians Formula Baked Collection Wet/Dry Eye Shadow

    High Quality Shadow-Terrible Packaging

I've purchased the baked oatmeal pallet 3 times in a row and primarily use it dry. The colors are gorgeous, the lightest is PERFECT for brow bone highlighting, and the brown is a true brown that I have difficulty finding in drugstore type brands. I also agree that the colors are highly pigmented- I also love that the shadow is a solid, I find that the loose powder that the high-end, highly pigmented brands come in can be a messy. The drawback to this product is that the packaging is AWFUL. This cannot, under any circumstances be carried in a purse. The shadows will break or the solid of shadow itself will fall out of the compact. But the thing is, the quality of the shadow makes up for that- you can leave it on your vanity because you won't need to touch up during the day, the color remains true and vibrant all day long.

  • Physicians Formula Organic Wear 100% Natural Origin Jumbo Lash Mascara

The skin around my eyes is really sensitive. The wrong product causes the skin around my eyes to turn an orangey pink color-I suppose it's a kind of allergic reaction. I also have an issue where a liner/mascara can irritate my actual eye and I will be really uncomfortable for the whole day, so buying a new mascara is always tricky business for me. This mascara dosent give me an allergic skin reaction or irritate my eyes. I can put it on generously be comfortable all day! It also is a great mascara! I love the way it looks on my lashes, really makes them MUCH more prominent, and i havent had any issues of crumbling. AND it smells like any other mascara I've used, AND it's affordable! I don't foresee myself buying a different mascara any time soon!

  • TresemmĂ© Thermal Creations Heat Tamer Spray

I have long, dark hair that I don't chemically treat, however I do plenty of damage from blowing drying and flat ironing almost every morning. Honestly, I don't know if this product does what it claims to because I DO have split ends, but I always put off going to the hair stylist for far far too long. I have been using this product for about a year and it is COMPLETELY worth the price. I do a light spritz before my blow out and then if I have enough time, spray sections before I flat iron them. I definitely notice my hair is easier to style, and much smoother. This product also is a decent frizz tamer, and sometimes I'll spray a little extra near my part where I have little frizzies poking out- I have never used another product I have felt comfortable putting so close to my roots but this doesn't make my scalp itchy, weigh down the roots or give that nasty-producty-greasy-dirty that can sometimes occur when you spray directly on the roots. Also, it smells nice! The bottle says that it's the one product you need to take with you on a trip, and I completely agree!

  • Organix Nourishing Coconut Milk Shampoo

I started using this shampoo because at the time it was made without any parabens or sulfates (they've recently changed the ingredients), I can get it at a decent price, and it smells great. I have long, straight, dark, unprocessed hair. I have used Organics shampoo for the last several years and I never have any of the build up problems I get with silicone shampoos (like Pantene). Others have noted that the shampoo can be drying, but maybe I haven't experienced that because I don't dye my hair-however I do blow it out and straighten it everyday day and I haven't noticed any increase in damage. I usually follow with Organics Coconut conditioner (sometime I do use their other scents), and finish by spritzing my whole head with Tresseme heat protector and working a little Organics Coconut Oil onto my ends before my blowout.

  • Taylor Swift Wonderstuck Eau de Parfum

I adore Taylor Swift and waited excitedly for the release of this fragrance. I was certianly expecting something young and sweet, but not preteen sweet. It smells exactly like sweet tarts to me, and watered down sweet tarts at that. On the multiple occasions I've worn it, I can't smell it after an hour. I give it three stars because it dosent smell BAD, and the bottle is awfully pretty. Maybe Taylor's next fragrance will be a little more of a home run for me. I look forward to giving whatever her next fragrance is a try!

    Juicy Couture Viva la Juicy

    Signature Scent

I adore Viva La Juicy. It IS sweet, but not in an an overly familiar, sweet-tarts candy sort of way. I am ALWAYS asked what I am wearing when I use it, and get compliments. I also make sure to wear it when I am meeting new people, I'm not sure how to explain why other than to say that this fragrance is easily accessible. I have yet to meet a person who doesn't like, or feels headachey from it. I feel bright and pretty when I wear this scent, and look forward to investing in the lotion too!

  • Bath & Body Works® Signature Collection Paris Amour Bubble Bath

I recieved this bubble bath for Christmas and although I do like it, and it smells nice, it isn't my favorite of Bath and Body Works new scents. It's a little bit too candy, and 8 year old for me, and I am someone who likes feminine, youthful scents, like Princess. The bubble bath also works well as body wash, but given the choice I would have chosen Secret Wonderland, which I love love!
