bareMinerals SPF 25 Mineral Veil

good product

I have been a devoted user of bare escentuals for about 4 years now and the mineral veil sets makeup quite well and it does make pores appear smaller the only negative is that it does not last all day. I do notice my face getting oily around mid day and I have to use blotting paper and I have a portable compact with mineral veil in it for touch ups. But overall it is a good setting powder.

not messy if done correct

I am part of the bare escentuals eye club so I receive 3 eye colors and a brush every four months and at first I did notice it was messy but then I thought well what if I swirl the brush on the lid just like I apply the foundation and it worked perfectly. The pigments really grabbed to the brush and when applied to the lid it looked very vibrant and not messy at all. I love these eye colors very pretty.

LOVE IT

I used to use the original but I didn’t really like the fact that it left a somewhat glittery feel to my skin. I love the matte foundation because it reduces the oil on my face and it looks more natural.

I have bought the brown/beige shade and it creased on my oily lids. It did not last at all. I would not recommend this product.
