Finally, drugstore mascara for this high end girl!
Using and tossing Chanel Inimitable every three months was getting more expensive than I liked, so I started looking for rubber brushed mascaras at the drugstore. I was so happy to find Define-a-Lash, it does everything Inimitable did at around a third of the cost. My only complaint (which is why I still will buy Inimitable a couple of times a year when rotating) is that the brown in Define-a-Lash is darker than the Chanel brown, and as a fair skinned blonde, dark mascara, no matter how lovely, can look a bit off. If they made a lighter brown of Define-a-Lash I would never go back. I do use a curler and this paired with the curler gives me subtle length. Keep in mind I do not want too much length or volume, I am really looking for a natural look that wakes my eyes up more than anything. So you might be disappointe in Define-A-Lash if you want really lush, long, dramatic lashes. But for a nice, non clumpy, non flaky natural mascara, this is great. I have never had the problem of putting the brush back in the tube that some have mentioned, and zero clumps.

quite possibly the most perfect mu product ever made
If I could only wear one MU item for the rest of my life, it would be this in shimmer. This is the perfect first bronzer for pale girls (although if you don't like shimmer, matte light is another safe bet). Don't be afraid of the shimmer, it isn't crazy sparkly and in fact imparts a glow. This "bronzer" instantly wakes me up and makes me look finished without being made up. I can and have only worn this over my sunscreen. I am quite pale and bronzers usually look muddy on me, but not Shimmer. Beautiful stuff.

keeps me matte for hours
I am a diehard LM fan and out of all her products I just might love this one the best (but it is a close tie with the shimmer bronzer). This is very finely milled and keeps my gigantor oily forehead from looking crazy for at least six hours. I will go back to this again and again.
