Here are all my reviews:
  • Bobbi Brown Natural Finish Long Lasting Foundation SPF 15

Bobbi Brown makes good colors, and it's quite easy to apply. However, it does nothing to reduce the shine on my face, even after I use my compact powder (also from BB).

  • bareMinerals Flawless Application Face Brush

Suitable for light-medium coverage only, a bit scratchy and it sheds quite a bit. Not sure if I'll get it again.

  • Clarins Bronzing Powder Compact

I don't think this suits Asian skins as it's got too much of a red tint to it (I'm Asian and I looked a bit weird with this). Luckily I got it as a sample. Not one of my favorites.

  • L'Occitane Cherry Blossom Eau de Toilette

It has a subtle sweet scent which isn't too overpowering. Very pleasant and a good whiff of it during the work day does make me feel a bit more uplifted. Definitely one of my favorites.

  • bareMinerals Maximum Coverage Concealer Brush

I got this in the starter kit and it is flat-out amazing. Really great concealing power, and I even cheat sometimes by using it with my eyeshadow. It's quite firm, doesn't shed, and works great!

    bareMinerals ORIGINAL SPF 15 Foundation

I'm Not Sure If I Love It

I was itching to get my hands on it so badly that once I got it, I jumped for joy! (It's not available where I live). I like how I don't break out and I don't look cakey. It was very natural, and I really looked more even-toned. However, I was expecting a bit more coverage (although this product is touted to make you look natural as opposed to 'Chick, you're wearing make-up aren't you?') and I do get shiny. I'll probably try it with a primer and repost a review again. That being said, buying this in the starter kit with the brushes was a pretty good buy.

  • The Body Shop Seaweed Pore-Cleansing Facial Exfoliator

Heaps of fun to watch the foam and feel the grains scrub away the muck on my face! It's definitely the old-school kind of scrub with visible grains, and you don't have to use much - a pea-sized squeeze suffices. It's my Sunday treat and my skin feels very smooth, and my face stays matte for longer.

  • Clinique Turnaround Concentrate Radiance Renewer

I use this as a day serum to complement my night serum (I use Advance Night Repair from Estee Lauder) and it's made my pimple scars (the brown marks) fade quicker. It absorbs quite fast and one pump is enough for me. I don't see a great effect and probably should use it at night, but so far I'm happy with it. I like how my skin feels silky after application.

  • Clinique Turnaround Instant Facial

OK, this is essentially a cheaper version of Estee Lauder's Idealist, and with finer granules. Definitely fun to use and I use it pretty much the same way as I use Idealist, which is to spread it in a thin layer, leave on for 5 minutes, and then massage gently with damp fingers before towelling/splashing off. But it makes me sparkle!!!! There are sparkles in this thing and that's what bothered me the most.

  • Estee Lauder Idealist Dual-Action Refinishing Treatment

I love it - it's gentler than the old formula and it's definitely fun to feel the scrub working. You spread it on your face in a thin layer, leave it on for 5 minutes, and then massage gently with damp fingers before towelling off/splashing off. Result: Smooth skin that feels happy! If only it was more affordable where I live.
