Well, I have to agree with the younger members here that this scent is probably not for them. However, since I am 'old', I like it! I'm very bad at describing scents but the first thing that came to mind when I spritzed this on was the color purple. If purple had a scent, this would be it. It is very sweet but not over-powering, which is good a lot of perfumes give me a headache. Not terribly long-lasting, but it dries to a subtle, powdery scent. Classic.

I receieved a full-size sample, and boy, am I glad I didn't waste my money on this product. Please ladies, there is no such thing as a face-lift in a bottle. And this product doesn't even come close. My face did not look remotely "lifted", nor did any fine lines vanish into thin air. You might like it if you have oily skin, as it provides very light moisture, but otherwise, I don't see any other benefits.

I’m very surprised at the negative reviews. I think this mascara is fabulous! The small wand makes it very easy to get at the every single lash. I especially like building up the tiny lashes at the corners of my eyes. I love the cat-eye effect! It does take a little more time to apply, so if you are looking for a mascara that you can put on in one swipe, then this isn’t for you. But if you are willing to put in some effort, you will be rewarded with long, voluminous lashes. The mascara does not clump, flake or smudge (at least it doesn’t on me). And it does not make my lashes brittle or dry. This is definitely a keeper!

I don't know about regular Carmex tubes, but I am using the stawberry (spf 15) tube right now and am pretty disappointed in it. First of all, it doesn't really smell like strawberry - more like a bunch of chemicals. But I could live with the smell if it actually kept my lips moist, but it doesn't. Within 15-20 minutes, it has pretty much evaporated and needs to be re-applied. My lips are very dry right now, so I need a lip balm that lasts. Sadly, this doesn't.

I have tried a few mascara bases before but none have come close to Shiseido. At first, I was like, eh, this isn't so great. But after I read that you need to apply mascara before the base dries, the results were amazing. Also, I find most mascaras work better after a few weeks, when their consistency is a bit drier. Same with this mascara base. Now, with only base and one coat of mascara, my short, wimpy lashes are long and thick. Definitely a keeper!

I have just finished a bottle of the body lotion, and I have to say it is fantastic! It is VERY moisturizing without being greasy at all. It sinks right in and keeps your skin soft all day. The only thing I don't like is the scent. I don't know how to describe it, only that I didn't find it pleasant. I wish they made this unscented, so not to compete with all the other scented products I use.

I am usually a fan of John Freida products, but I have to say this product does absolutely nothing to combat my frizzies! I live in a VERY hot and humid climate in Asia, so I need some industrial strenth products to help my hair from looking like cotton candy. I bought the sealant, along with the Weather Works shampoo and conditioner, before I left the US. Unfortunately, even after using all 3 products, my hair is a frizzy mess before I even step out of the house. Maybe this product would work better in drier climates, but it definitely does not have the strength to work in very humid conditions (in my opinion). Disappointing!

I am 41 years old and still suffer from the occasional zit. I think this stuff works really well in zapping those pimples quickly. As someone mentioned, sometimes it happens overnight and sometimes it takes a few days. But for me, it really works. I don't find it drying nor does it burn, but my skin tends to be slightly oily and is not very sensitive. However, if you are pregnant, check with your Dr. before you use this because it containts salicylic acid, which *may* be harmful to a fetus.

Since this is the first and only brow powder I have ever used, I have nothing to compare it to. But this stuff is wonderful! I have very dark brows and at first I thought the Brunette shades would be too light but they are perfect. The powder is easy to apply, looks very natural and lasts all day. I can't believe how a well-defined, fuller brow makes me look younger.

Eh. What can I say about this foundation? I only bought it because CVS was practically giving it away. But I would definitely not buy it again. It gives light-to-medium coverage with absolutely no staying power. It lasts, maybe, 2-3 hours on my skin, which is normal but slightly oily in the T-zone. The only thing I like about this foundation is the cute little bottle it comes in; it's tiny and plastic which makes it great to throw in your gym bag or suitcase.
