Smooth, but lackluster scent

I am an admitted lotion queen and try any new or old product out there. I keep coming back to this one as it really does work for winter skin or get ready for summer skin. What I don't like is that it has a blah scent. If they would add some perky essential oil scent I would rate it a 10.

Really calms the itchies

I use a lot of lotions as I have dry sensitive skin. This lotion came to my rescue as the summer was priming up and bugs, allergens etc. were in full bloom. It has a muted medicinal, but fresh smell.

Pantene Pro-V Midnight Expressions Daily Color Enhancing Shampoo

A little harsh...

I was glad that Pantene finally recognized that some of us had black or very dark hair. I got this and the conditioner in a trial sample promo. I found the shampoo too harsh. It seemed to strip my hair oils too much and the scent wasn't great. I however do like the conditioner and give it an 7-8. It definately extends my color treatments.

Aussie Sun-Touched Shine Shampoo

Soft tresses

I tried out this shampoo during the summer and have to say that it was a winner. I have short, frizz prone, thick hair and it did leave a nice gloss and had a nice clean smell. A light shampoo perfect for summertime.

Banana Boat Dark Tanning Oil - SPF 4

Signature scent with great sheen

I know some people may think that brown skinned folks don't use suntan oil, but I do! Yes, I can burn and peel. But on to the product--I've always liked banana boats smell as it is not chemically overpowering, and I've found this particular product to be effective for moisturizing with a little sunscreen and a nice sheen on the skin. It makes brown skin pop, as I'm sure paler users have found when they start tanning. If I need a stronger spf I always use this to top it off and blend the other sunscreen in.

I have purchased a few of this lines products and read their reviews of this scent and bought it for that reason. The reviews were right! It is a very nice enveloping scent. Soft and warm and fresh. Good daytime scent especially. I realized just now though that I've used mine all up and forgot to reorder...

Neutrogena Relaxing Shower and Bath Gel

It really is...

Relaxing. I've recently gotten into the scent of lavender for stress reduction and this wash definately is a nice experience. It does leave your skin soft and the scent is subtle but enough to be heady. It doesn't stay on your skin heavily though so you may want to follow it up with the body cream of the same scent.

Baby Phat Golden Goddess Eau De Parfum Spray

Mellow, but rich...

I recently bought this perfume because I like Kimora's spunk and the golden theme seemed more appropriate for older women. I enjoy the mellow and rich scent, however my concern is that the scent does not last long. I tend to be on the sensitive side so it is a plus that it doesn't overpower you or have you sneezing. Another small but surprising negative feature is the bottle cap--yes, the cap--it is difficult to get off and on.
