Best Thing For Sensitive, Aging Skin!
I have wanted to try microdermabrasion but couldn't afford to have it done professionally. I was wary of doing it myself at home because I have sensitive, oily skin, but at 42 I'm willing to try anything to turn back the clock. The PMD is very easy to use, and I'm so glad I tried it! I stop using retinoids and AHAs 2 days before a treatment and don't resume using them for 2 days afterwards, as per the directions, and I've experienced no irritation or bad reactions- only soft, smooth skin! I did my second treatment today, and I can't wait to see what my skin will be like in a month or two. It's something I look forward to doing each week, and it takes 15-20 minutes to do my face & neck. I'm definitely satisfied with the PMD!

I'm 39 with sensitive, combination skin that breaks out once a month with hormone changes. This is the first system that works for me- acne is gone, scars are fading, skin is soft and not irritated! I have used every sort of acne protocol out there, and this is the first to work for me. I wish they sold these steps individually because I can tell I will run out of one of the steps way before the others, and I do wish there was a toning step. Since my face does seem oilier (but doesn't break out anymore), I use a toner after the cleanser and before the treatment and moisturizer- that seems to work for me. Great product!

After using this product for a couple of days, my face and neck became red, itchy and swollen. I am allergic to something in this serum, and I've never had an allergic reaction tting in my life before this! It is so bad that I'm having trouble sleeping, and I can't go anywhere because it is impossible to hide. I know it's not a reaction to Retinol because I have used other Retinol products i the past with no problem. Beware!

I love this mascara! I've tried brand after brand of mascara, and this is the best. It curls, lengthens and separates all in one step, so I haven't had to use my lash curler since I started using it.

This actually works! I'm about 2 weeks into using this product, 1-2 times a day on my face, neck, chest, shoulders, arms and hands. I started seeing lightening of sun spots and old acne scars in 1 day of use. It doesn't make my oily skin break out and I can use it under makeup. And the price is excellent! I've used Clinique Even Better Clinical and Philosophy Miracle Worker Anti-Aging Retinoid Pads (and wasted a lot of money on them) which didn't lighten the spots at all, but Paula's Choice lightener actually does the job AND does it for under $20. Love it!

I bought this after reading reviews for lightening products, and am so glad I did! I had never tried Paula's Choice products before, but now I'm a convert. I am 39 and get sunspots, even though I use UVA/UVB sunblock every time I go outside. I needed something that would lighten those spots, but not make my combination oily/normal skin break out, and this product is perfect! I noticed a difference the 2nd day, although I'll have to wait several weeks to see them all gone. I can wear this under makeup too, which is great. I've tried Clinique's Even Better and Laser Repair with no effect other than causing me to breakout, and this is so much less expensive. I've been using Philosophy's Miracle Retinoid Pads, which also haven't done anything about the spots- I wish I would have saved my money and found this product sooner!

Didn't work for me
I still broke out and my face felt very oily with this lotion, so I moved to the acne solutions. It might work for someone with skin not as oily as mine. It did not cause any irrirtation, just didn't help my acne.

Love this product!
It really lessens the bags under my eyes! Lasts a long time (I've been using the same roller for months), good value, it feels cool and refreshing. Much better than putting a cold compress on the eyes!
