Jury's Still Out on Results, Slightly Fussy Dispenser
I haven't seen any definite results from this product, although I haven't used it every day with consistency... but mostly because I forget about it since it has yet to make me excited at what I see in the mirror after use. I'm 37 but with minimal fine eye lines & bags (luckily--for now), so maybe as my face goes south with the years I'll have more issues where corrections would be more obvious. I do have a bit of the issue with the packaging, however. It uses a roller ball to dispense the serum, but it comes out unevenly in spurts. Since I have to use my fingers to pat it in anyway, it rather negates the need for the roller ball... I'd rather it were a simple squeeze tube. For some reason I've really wanted to love this line of products, but I've only tried a few so far.

close, but not quite great
lumene products have been mostly hit or miss for me, and unfortunately this one didn't turn out to be one of their greats. the smell is lovely and it goes on smoothly, leaving a silky feel on my face. BUT after a very short period of time it started to clump in its tub, and it's turned into a laborious effort just to get it to break apart and absorb into my skin without these weird "cream clumps". it's light and feels fresh, but is a little too oily for me to truly appreciate it as a primer, and at 37 i haven't noticed any real visual difference in in my face.

a little heavy/greasy
i found the color blended nicely, but it was thicker than i anticipated and sweats off easily in warm weather. i've mixed it with some cornstarch & my regular oil-free moisturizer... works ok, but i wouldn't consider it a primer, nor do i think i will buy this bb cream again.

great color in smear city!
My regular brand was out of stock, and I was in desperate need of a black liner, so I gave this a go. It went on smoothly and easily, and with a gorgeous, rich black color. Too bad it wound up smearing, even in places I can't imagine how it got to. It's like small clumps would come off and then when I tried blotting them away, it just turned into more streaks. Would be great if it would just settle down and stay in place!

lasts on lids all day, lasts in your cabinet forever!
beautiful colors that wear so well and go sooo far. i don't think i've entirely used-up a single pot yet... worth the money, all the way. it would be nice if they had more options for sturdy, more compact, multi-sized containers.

i live in these bobby pins
i've always said that if someone loses me, all they need to do is follow the trail of bobby pins. i use them so much, it feels like they're just another layer of me. the different styles, colors, and sizes make every style possible. i will once in a while push one out of shape, rendering it useless, but that's more my fault than it is the pin's. could not exist without them.

great product with super-helpful design!
i love the range of colors maybelline has for this light, long-wearing lipstick, and that they present them in the store in groups of reds, nudes, pinks, etc... but even better than that is the translucent tops that reflect the color within. can't tell you how handy that is when i'm blurry-eyed in the morning and trying to pick the right shade!

one of my first--and forever--blushes
the first time i bought this blush was for my junior prom. i haven't stopped loving it since. long-wearing and natural-looking in many great shades, i don't think i'll ever be without it. the brush it comes with can make blending a bit more of a challenge--i say ditch it and use your own favorite blush brush for a beautiful result.

lash out wins, hands down
i've been reading a lot about voluminous mascara and finally bought some to try against my MANY-years waterproof favorite, lash-out. i put one on each eye and evaluated at the end of the day. voluminous was nice... but nothing beats lash-out.

my tried & true!
i have used the waterproof version of this since it was called "splash out" (very clever name for the waterproof version, but i can see how it might be associated just w/swimming & so it got changed, but i miss it). i keep trying new trendy mascaras... and keep on coming back. lasts & lasts, very little goop, does a great job... just like it says... at lengthening & straightening... at a great price.
