Burt's Bees Replenishing Lip Balm with Pomegranate Oil

Over-rated

So I heard all of this buzz about Burt Bee's so I grabbed this because my lips were chapped and thought I would give it a try. It is as good as a 99 cent tube of regular old chapstick. Nothing to write home to mom about! I was surprised to see all the wonderful reviews. I have very full lips and they are always in desperate need of hyrdration. It is very waxy and seemed to sit on the top layer of my lip instead of truly hyrdrating them. Will not buy again and probably won't buy this brand again because of my experience.

St. Ives Fresh Skin Invigorating Apricot Scrub

Good exfoliator but the sensitive skin version is ten times better!

I met an older lady years ago who had amazing skin and she attributing it to this Apricot Scrub. For years I used the sensitve skin and the grain were smaller and it was not harsh on my skin at all; however, I just recently accidentally purchased the regular Apricot Scrub and it is way to hard on my skin. The smell is over-bearing as well. If you have tough skin then this may be fine but I just purchased the St. Ives Microbermabrasion in hopes it works for my sensitive fair skin.

Smashbox Artificial Light Luminizing Lotion

Great product if you use it properly!

I did not read the direction and swiped a tiny amount on my face and it was so dark and seemed like there was a ton of it. I finally did what I was supposed to and mixed my foundation and VOILA! it was gorgeous. I just stopped tanning so my face is pale and I wanted a health glow instead of looking like a porcelein doll. It did the trick and seemed to smooth my fine lines as well. I am so excited that it will be apart of my daily makeup regimine. Well worth the extra $$.

Garnier Skin Renew Anti-Puff Eye Roller

Made Eyes Worse!

This stuff was sticky and the plastic around the glider ball scrapes the skins under my eyes. It did nothing to help my puffy eyes and actually made the fine lines more noticeable. Stick with a dab of a $3 tube of preparation H and it will work like a charm. This was a complete waste of $12.

Frederic Fekkai Glossing Complete

Makes hair soft and shiny without a greasy look

I received a sample packet and used and was pleasantly surprised. My hair goes through alot and a very small dab was all I needed and it was shiny and the frizz was completely gone! It has a very light clean fragrance. This will now be apart of my daily hair regime. Little pricey but well worth it!
