This may do something for volume, but you'll have flakes to show for it. The mousse quickly turns into flakes even if you don't comb or brush your hair after applying and just finger-style it. I tried this twice - both epic flaking failures, and I threw it away. Total waste.

Biosilk Silk Therapy

No better hair product than this!

This is excellent for many reasons. If you apply it to damp hair (just a small amount, nickel- to quarter-sized depending on the length of your hair), it smells great all day and maintains shine until your next shampoo. It smooths down fly-aways if you just straightened your hair and rub a little on. It moisturizes the scalp if you rub it into a dry scalp after showering, so that skin doesn't dry out further as your hair dries. I can't recommend this product enough...I keep multiple-sized bottles at home at all times (one for travel, two for home so I don't run out).

Pantene Pro-V Fine Hair Solutions Root Lifter Spray Gel

Works, but not for what it claims to do

This works as a spray gel to slick my hair back (for a few hours, anyways), but I definitely would not claim this lifts hair at the roots whatsoever. More like settles it down.

Pantene Pro-V Color Hair Solutions Brunette Expressions Conditioner

Should be discontinued

All that this product did was turn the ends of my brown hair ashy/brassy BLONDE at the tips. I posted this on Facebook and discovered this has happened to others as well. Terrible product, I'm sorry I ever purchased it. It took about a week to ruin my hair color.
