I used it and it smudged off by the morning. It did last longer than waterproof mascara though. I suppose it is for fairer people and not medium to dark-skinned because it does not stand out very much.

Applies white, has to be blended in. After a while, it dries a bit inside making it harder to apply. Nice smell though.
