I'm over 40, love beauty products, and I'm multi-racial (German, Italian, Cape Verdean, and Black). I grew up struggling with my skin and hair because there weren't any good multi-racial products like now. I use to hate my hair and now I love it. The right product can make ANY hair awesome! I also live in the Boston area and the extremes of cold and heat, plus multi-racial skin traits, make managing my skin (body and face) a full time job. I am a Christian, I love sci-fi, I make jewelry, I LOVE makeup, love my iPad (wish it had been invented 40 years ago...) and I wish more women took better care of themselves (so they could feel better about themselves). The better you feel about yourself, the less ability others will have to hurt you. I also live by the Golden Rule - treat others the way you want to be treated. Love this website (it has saved me much money and aggravation already) and look forward to being part of the community.
