Clairol Nice 'n Easy

Did not color my roots

I just used this product. I left it on for the 45 minute for grey hair that doesnt take color. It took color on the rest of my hair except for the roots. I conditioned my hair overnite, let it go a day and then colored. I did everything it said. I am getting a refund and i will go back to The salon!
