Greatly disappointed

My friend and I tried this shampoo. It ended up leaving our scalps dry and itchy. I had buildup on my scalp. It was horrible! I had to use a different shampoo to relieve the itchy dry scalp. I have to say I was greatly disappointed in this product. Not only that, but my thick hair ended up not looking any different. It wasn't silky or smooth. I actually had a difficult time brushing my hair and getting the knots out. My hair ended up being dull and frizzy.
