  • MAC Tinted Lip Conditioner SPF 15

I love this stuff. I don't really like that I have to use my finger to apply, however, it's all good!!! I'm super annoyed I lost mine, boo :( But thankfully my sister works at mac!

  • Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer Light

I have freakishly large pores on my nose, or so I think.... Anywho, this stuff is amazing. Fills all those lines and my foundation looks great! A little goes A LONG WAY and it's so smooth: problem is, I think it might be TOO smooth, my foundation comes off to easily. I'm on my second bottle, and I'm no where near finished my current one, however this is the second time the stupid pump has stopped working. I don't know what it is, but I have to leave it upside down. It's a little pricey, but I've been happy so fair. I also have super sensitive skin, and this doesn't irritate it at ALL.

    OPI Nic's Sticks

    regular nail polish

this has the worst nail applicator ever. And I still can't believe I spend $9.00. I did buy this thinking it was a nail pen, but it's just a regular brush.

  • L'Oreal Paris Voluminous Original Mascara

I've been using this mascara for 10 years. And although, I try other mascaras in between, I find myself coming back to it. It nice and thick, but I've found over years, it's gotten clumpier. I don't know if it's a formula change or me, but I liked it better 5 years ago. Overall, still a good mascara and i still continue to use it.

    MOSQUITO REPELLEANT??

Hopefully I've got your attention, so keep reading and I'll explain myself. I really like this - I do agree with the smell and it not being all that great, but I'd rather smell like this than good old baby oil. I use this daily; for baths, in the shower, to take off my make up, skin irritations, and yep...as a mosquito repellent as well! My mom was the first to notice it, she had a shower with the oil, went outside - found that everyone was getting attacked except her. One day when I was out, I asked my friend's mom for some repellent, and she walks out with this in a spray bottle. I have eczema therefore find actual mosquito repellent SUPER irritating. This is stuff is neutral, but it works SO GOOD. Sure, you're a little shiney, but a little goes a long way so you don't have to liberally coat yourself in it. I think the mosquitos don't like the smell of it either, LOL!!!

  • Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser

It doesn't get anymore gentle than this. I have REALLY bad eczema underneath my eyes, so when I use my prescription ointment, it gets into my eyes causing them to become super irritated. Also gives it a burning sensation. So I went to see my optometrist, and she told me to do a lid wash day, and night. And wala, the irritation is gone. It helped my eczema, but not a lot. I also use this after I use make up remover as recommended by my optometrist as a part of my cleaning regime. Very Gentle.

  • Revlon Perfect Heat Hot Air Styler and Dryer Brush with Tourmaline Ceramic

i use this daily and religiously. My hair is naturally wavy, so when I get out of the shower, I use either the medium or large bristle brush, and comb out my bangs, and it gives it a nice fall (have a look at my profile pic). It takes me 20 - 40 seconds, and I'm done. When I want to straighten my hair, I'll use the bristle brush, and just comb it out, it gives me a more naturally straight look, and more volume, which I prefer. If i were to break this, I would hop into my car and go get another one.

  • MAC Superslick Liquid Eyeliner
    10.0

    MAC Superslick Liquid Eyeliner

    industrial strength eyeliner

I've tried all of MAC's eyeliners; pencil, fluidline, paint pot, and liquid. When they told me it was waterproof, I wasn't interested because I HATE waterproof mascara (smell, feeling. and overall performance). I thought I'd try it because NOTHING would stay on my eyes. And being an optician, I constantly shove contacts in my eyes all the time. When i tried this stuff, it was amazing!!!! and it stayed on ALL DAY. It does only come off with a heavier make up remover (something oil based). I don't have greasy lids, so it's not an issue. If you want something heavy duty, long lasting, and with a clean look: this is the eye liner for you. For me the only disadvantage is i can do a smudgy liner with that. For that, I use fluid liner, and still go over top with this. it's a great product.

  • MAC Prep + Prime Lip

    MAC Prep + Prime Lip

THERE IS A TRICK TO USING THIS PRODUCT!!! READ ME!

I do actually like this product… But I only use Mac lip liners and lipsticks, and I personally find just the lipstick to be sufficient enough, so therefore don’t really require a primer unless I’m using a high gloss lipstick. This does keep it from bleeding, and does fill all those little lines and what not on your lips, which makes it nice and smooth. I was reading some of the reviews, and I’m thinking some of you aren’t using it right. YOU ARE NOT supposed to apply your lipsticks directly afterwords!!! This needs some time to set in order for it to be effective. I’ll put it on, do the rest of my make up and then do my lips. Rule of thumb, when you put the primer on, and if you’re able to slide your finger (LIGHTLY) across your lip - it’s not ready. If you’re not able to slide your finger with ease, then it’s ready to lacquered!!! I hope this helps ☺

  • MAC 224 Tapered Blending Brush

    MAC 224 Tapered Blending Brush

great brush for a breezy look or totally intense

This is such a great brush. When I started looking for new brushes, I was like “what the hell is so good about all these brushes?” A lot of the MAC girls told me to go for a #217 – and although a really great brush for universal use, I still found it wasn’t quite what I wanted. I wanted an all over type of brush, which could lighten or intensify my eyeshadows. So I went back to Mac, and played with the brushes myself. I really loved the feeling of this one, so I got it. IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, I use it EVERYDAY. Because of the longer bristles, it gives a really soft finish, which is effortless on my part. Totally worth the money and if you’re looking to start up a brush collection, I would ABSOLUTELY start with this one.
