Here are all my reviews:
  • Anastasia Lash Lifting Mascara

I so wanted to love this mascara. The brush is fabulous, and the mascara made my lashes long and thick, but the product is very dry. It doesn't just flake at the end of the day--it actually flakes while I'm trying to apply it. It's so dry that it balls up when I try to add a second coat.

  • Merle Norman Xtra Length Mascara

This is a great lengthening and volumizing mascara. The brush is fabulous. The formula is a little drier than I usually prefer, but it doesn't flake, so it's a worthwhile tradeoff. It stays on all day but is easy to remove, and it makes my lashes look beautiful. It doesn't have an odor either. I'd buy this again.

  • TIGI Bed Head Moisture Maniac Conditioner

I hate the Moisture Maniac shampoo, but the conditioner is great. It smells delicious, is rich and thick, and it leaves my hair shiny and soft but not greasy or dirty. It's nice for everyday use, but it's heavy enough to smooth my hair out even after I clarify it, and it kept me from getting static frizzies this winter. I doubt I'd ever buy it for full price, but it's a good one to check out if you can find it on sale.

  • TIGI Bed Head Moisture Maniac Shampoo

I love the Moisture Maniac conditioner, but the shampoo is awful for my hair. I have thick, wavy, unprocessed hair, and this shampoo leaves it feeling tangled and dirty. I can hardly get my fingers through my hair to rinse the shampoo out, and the tangles don't go away completely even after I condition. My hair does feel marginally better if I blowdry and flatiron it afterward (I guess it disperses and smoothes out the oils?), but I still don't care for it. I prefer even the cheapest drugstore shampoo to this mess.

  • Almay Smart Shade Concealer

    Almay Smart Shade Concealer

    Pretty nice stuff

This is a very nice product. The texture is fabulous, very soft and soothing. The color matches my fair skin and blends in very well. It hides pimples, broken capillaries, irritated splotches, and does a fairly decent job of covering undereye circles. It works well when applied with fingers, but I prefer to use a fluffy concealer brush. When I need a little extra help under my eyes, I just mix it with a bit of my foundation or a drop of another thicker concealer.

  • Almay Moisturizing Eye Makeup Remover Pads

Almay Moisturizing Eye Makeup Remover Pads

    Unbeatable for waterproof mascara

I've used these for years, ever since the gel version, which I used for nearly a decade, was discontinued. I find that they work best when I run one wipe over my lids and then wait a minute or two, then rub with my fingertips. I can then remove the softened eye makeup with a tissue or my cleanser when I wash my face. They're not the best for washable eye makeup (I like Cetaphil for that), but there's nothing better for waterproof. They even worked on the nearly indelible Cover Girl Marathon mascara, which sadly has been discontinued. One thing to note about this product: it is very oily, so if you plan to reapply your makeup after using these wipes, you'll need to wash the residue off with soap first.

  • Almay Makeup Remover Towelettes

I use makeup-removing towelettes as the first step in my nightly routine before I cleanse and exfoliate. I bought these because I trust Almay and because these wipes receive such good reviews, but for me they're just okay. They don't cleanse as well as other brands, and they're not as gentle as I'd expect from Almay. They stung my eye area badly when I tried (unsuccessfully) to remove eye makeup with them, and they burn when I use them on chapped skin. I've never had either problem with other brands. These are all right, but they're not for me. For a gentler, more thorough clean, including eye makeup, I much prefer the Clean & Clear or Noxzema wipes.

  • Tarte Lock & Roll 12 Hour Eyeshadow

I love this product. I got a mini in a sampler and loved it so much I bought a full-size one in another color. I've always used liquid or cream shadow under powder, so it's nice to have them both in one handy container. I usually paint a stripe of the cream across my lower lid, then blend out. Then I apply the powder side (or another powder shadow) and blend that in with a brush. You can get creative with it too--use a lighter cream all over, a darker cream in the middle, then set it with the powder. The colors are vivid and last all day without flaking or smudging. A new favorite.

  • CoverGirl NatureLuxe Silk Foundation

I bought this on a whim and have been pleasantly surprised. It's smooth and provides quite a bit more coverage than I expected (though I still need concealer under my eyes). It smells nice and doesn't sting, and it hasn't irritated my sensitive skin or caused a breakout. The only downside--it's a bit sticky after application, and it takes a while to set. I have combination skin, so this isn't a foundation I could wear without powder over it. It stays on well, but it allows a little more oil through than I like, so I had to blot it a few times throughout the day. Overall, a very nice foundation. If you have oily skin, use a primer first or keep powder and blotting tissues handy.

  • Lubriderm Intense Skin Repair Calming Relief Lotion

I have chronic dry, sensitive skin and am allergic to most lotions and creams. Several expensive lotions failed me before I finally found this, and now I've been using it exclusively for nearly four years. It keeps my skin from getting dry and flaky, stops itch and irritation, and immediately soothes scaly patches (it clears them up within two days for me). It's rich enough to heal extra-dry, irritated skin, but not so heavy that it feels greasy or won't let skin breathe. If I put it on at night after I shower, it keeps my skin moisturized and itch-free for a full 24 hours. I fill a travel bottle with this lotion to carry in my purse, and I've even used it under lip balm for chapped/cracked lips. Even the price is great. An $8 bottle lasts me about two months. I can't imagine ever finding a better body moisturizer. It's truly a godsend.
