Wella Regenal Instant pH Normalizing Lotion

WHERE IS MY REGENAL?????

After using this product over 20 years, and loving it, it has disappeared from the shelves! I am in Southern California, and have not been able to locate it. Nothing works as well as this product for bringing back vitality in bleached/highlighted hair. HELP!!!
