Well.. Meh.

I've heard of this line working miracles for others, but it didn't help my adolescent acne that much. It was quite drying, even for my excessively oily skin, but also didn't dry out my pimples. My mother swears by this line though, so perhaps my hormonal complexion was just not having it at that moment in time.

Clinique Acne Solutions Spot Healing Gel

Didn't work for me

I have tried the Acne Solutions line in the past, including this gel. But even using it consistently, I felt I was getting no results. My mom (in her 40s while I am only 18) loves this product and swears by it. For whatever reason, it just didn't do anything for me.

Clean & Clear Blackhead Eraser Cleansing Mask

Really does remove blackheads over time!

I have very oily skin and thought I was doomed to have blackheads on my nose forever. But when I ran out of spot treatment, I started using this as my overnight spot treatment, including all over my nose for about four nights. I did a double-take in the mirror one day because my nose was almost clear! It really improved the look of my face overall because the blackheads were gone but did not do much for my other spots. As an occasional mask this is ok, but if you use it consistently you get great results!

Maybelline New York Dream Bouncy Blush

Didn't like it

The colours are cute but there is almost no colour payoff. Hard to apply and not worth the effort. Fun to play with though!

Great for Beginners

This was my first liquid liner and I still prefer it over others. Application is so easy and it stays on so long, even on my oily eyelids. Love it, repurchase for sure.

Maybelline New York Great Lash Clear Mascara

Best Drugstore Brow Gel

I always use this over my brow pencil and it works so well. Much better then the Covergirl Pro Clear Mascara which is clumpy. Awesome brush and formula, one tube lasts forever! There's no need to spend money on a high end brow gel.

Maybelline New York Dream Fresh BB

Favourite Drugstore BB

I use this on a regular basis, it is my go-to daytime coverage (along with concealer, of course). The colour is pretty blendable and fit my skin pretty well. It doesn't even out your skin tone or any of those crazy claims, but it blurs out your imperfections and makes my pores less noticeable.
