Rusk Wired Flexible Styling Creme

great for waves and taming frizz

i've never been able to air dry my hair without it turning into a ball of frizz until this product. a little goes a long way and leaves you with a headfull of gorgeous waves. i'm sure it would be great for blowdrying straight too. great product!

Kiehl's Pineapple Papaya Facial Scrub

leaves skin feeling fresh

i think the fruit bits in this scrub really help to exfoliate. i use it in the shower - before i do anything else, i rub some on my face and don't rinse it off until i've washed my hair/body etc. i let it sit on my skin for a while and then scrub it off. i've been using it for about 5 years now and i love it!

Blinc Kiss Me Mascara

subtle volume, increased length

it takes some getting used to, but this mascara is actually great for adding length and some drama with subtle volume. the best thing about it is that IT DOES NOT SMUDGE once you put it on. i've tried every mascara out there (not waterproof, i hate waterproof) and this is the only one that does not leave me with "racoon eyes" by lunchtime. instead, i'm left with dark, defined, long lashes! and yes, the first time you wash it off, it may look like your lashes are going down the drain but it's only the cool little tubes of mascara that have been protecting and defining your lashes all day. i just wish it wasn't so expensive.

Kiehl's Sodium PCA Oil-Free Moisturizer

great for oily skin

I've been using this product for the past 5 years - i love it! i have combination/oily skin and this moisturizer does a great job of hydrating my drier areas without making the rest of my face look like an oil slick by midday. it does not cause breakouts, instead, it seems to regulate the oil production on my face to make it smooth and supple instead of greasy. it makes makeup go on very smoothly and even though it may seem expensive, the real value is in buying the 4oz size for $25.50 b/c you are getting double the product for less than half the cost (the 2oz size is $17.50, you do the math).
